Guest UserBasic amenities are provided. Standard of service staff is inconsistent. Most are hospitable and helpful. One staff is black face and is unhelpful.

The staff were really friendly, and the facilities were great too. We had a mud hot spring on the balcony, so we didn't even have to go downstairs to soak. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable day.

Guest UserThey assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details.
The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it.
Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated
But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. Thank you for the stay

Location: Super convenient! Guohua Street, Hai'an Road, and Minsheng Road are all just a block away. You can turn a corner and be on You'ai Street or Zhongzheng Road. It’s a comfortable 10-minute walk to Koxinga Ancestral Shrine, Hayashi Department Store, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Ximen Store, National Museum of Taiwan Literature, Tainan Art Museum, Judicial Museum, and Confucius Temple Commercial District.
Shops: On Zhongzheng Road, there's Poya, and across from it is Wusong Temple, a great spot for souvenirs. Cosmed and Watsons are just a block away. There are so many eateries nearby! Turn left onto You'ai Street and you'll find You'ai Market, which has several food stalls open late, though it can get hot in summer as there's no air conditioning.
Hotel: The hotel itself is fine. The Wi-Fi, facilities, and cleanliness are all what you'd expect from a typical hotel. I particularly liked the bathroom – spacious, bright, and clean. However, the room and bed felt a bit damp, and even with the fan on, that feeling wouldn't go away. Here's the main issue: something was biting me.
First night: Two bites.
Second night: One bite.
Third night: Two bites.
Fourth night: None, because I checked out early that morning.
The room was only cleaned once during my four-night stay, and they didn't change the sheets. I wonder if that's why bugs might be hiding in the bed and carpet. I thought about asking the hotel to change the bedding, but then I figured it wouldn't make a difference.
The hotel is actually well-maintained. I just hope they can step up their cleaning and disinfection efforts, especially for the bedding and carpets.
Upon check-in, I received a small gift: a coin purse or a drink holder. I chose the coin purse, which is very practical! 👍

The staff were very warm and friendly, and the front desk offered a convenient taxi service.
The room was spacious and clean, with a thoughtful little bedside table (pictured in photo 2).
Coffee and tea bags are available for self-service downstairs, next to a water dispenser.
For elevators and after 9 PM, you'll need your room card for access, making it quiet and secure.

When we arrived, it was already late and there was no parking space (first come, first served). The service staff kindly introduced where to find self-pay parking lots nearby. Although it is an old hotel, the bathroom has been renovated, neatly clean, and not moldy. The only possibility is that it is air-conditioned. It is old and smelly and cannot adjust the wind direction. The sound is very loud. It blows directly on people's heads when sleeping, which is very uncomfortable. The price on Saturday is very good and cheap. There is nothing else to fault.

Guest UserVery convenient location, within walking distance of many popular attractions. Service was average - the staff were not particularly friendly or polite. The bathroom and overall room were clean enough, except for the bedding. I found several clear-ish white stains on my bedding. Although they were dried stains, I still didn't want to sleep with them. When I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets, they didn't apologize at all, but did give me a clean blanket. Except for that, the stay was fine.

Si Anping presents a sophisticated, boutique visual identity that aligns with Tainan’s modern creative wave. The establishment excels in geographic positioning and architectural design.
The property is a high-utility base for historical research, situated within walking distance of Anping Old Fort and the canal.
I am inspired by the minimalist aesthetic and clean lines provide an environment conducive to ”mental decompression” after navigating the sensory-rich streets of Anping.
however, a significant design flaw exists in the bathroom facilities. The window blinds are insufficient to fully cover the shower window, creating a transparency issue where the interior is visible from the public park outside. This presents a challenge to the ”psychological comfort” and privacy of the guest.
Laundry services are not handled in-house; the establishment relies entirely on external providers. This can adds a layer of logistical complexity for travelers on a multi-city itinerary.

The hotel has a great location, with McDonald's, Dandan Burger, TeaMo, 7-Eleven, and other restaurants nearby. This time we stayed in a cheaper economy suite. There was some noise in the room, but it didn't affect our sleep. The decor was a bit old, but the facilities all worked.
