"I had a wonderful three-day trip to Pingtan.
The shop owner was incredibly hospitable, and his cooking was excellent; even the kids raved about how delicious it was. We ate and drank our way through the rest of the town, but his cooking was far superior – the best choice for families with children.
The guesthouse owner was also very kind, always willing to help. He arranged transportation for me, and I even made it to my high-speed train. I was very grateful.
Another point I want to mention is that, as a tourist city, the people I met in Pingtan were all incredibly warm and friendly.
Those who say Pingtan isn't fun on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) clearly haven't experienced it properly. Pingtan is truly beautiful, and it's not overly commercialized.
We visited Tianmeiao, Baijin Beach, and Beibei Beach at the foot of the mountain. We didn't find much while beachcombing, though there were tons of oysters growing on the rocks. That wasn't much else. However, Beibei Beach and Baijin Beach are beautiful and less crowded, highly recommended. On the northern route, we only went up to the most beautiful part – the island ring road – which is very open and spacious."

The small villa is very new, there is an elevator, and parking is possible around. Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities.
2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach.
Highlights:
- Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas.
- Excellent value for money, with affordable prices.
- The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle.
Tips:
The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

GGuest UserI chose this homestay in order to chase the sunrise of Longwangtou and check in the surrounding food. The homestay is located in the center of Pingtan County, extending in all directions, just a few minutes away from Longwangtou and the night market electric car. There are dozens of milk tea shops, various seafood restaurants, small fried, and snacks. When waiting for milk tea, I communicated with Pingtan locals and learned that this location is the most prosperous area in Pingtan.
Then talk about the homestay, the health situation is not to say, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the boss family is very good, especially the three gods are also very enthusiastic.
Too convenient and loving. Will come again next time.

Miss Coke at the front desk was very enthusiastic, knowing that we were coming to travel, and also gave a specially arranged Raiders. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It's good to go out and play all day and come back to rest. There is also a room mini bar that is free oh, and will make up the mini bar every day. In short, I really like it very much.

DDongfangzhiguang☀️房間還是可以的，乾淨，靠海，近港口，外面的露台很舒服，晚上涼快些吹吹海風，吃個晚飯挺愜意的，店掌櫃很友好，告知我們一些旅遊會遇到的情況，北港村確實很熱鬧，遊客很多，石厝房都是石頭堆砌的，挺有特點，推薦天氣涼快的時候去旅遊，舒服些，8月份天太熱加上節假日，基本就是着急忙慌的逛景點，天太熱沒心情慢下來享受，很棒，平潭島，特殊的海邊之旅

周圍沒什麼特色的吃的，基本果脯可以滿足，愛好特色美食的慎選，其他都沒.
麻將機一直卡牌，十把裏一把自動洗出來的，基本靠手搓。
整體來説周圍打車比較容易叫到.
床品不好，床罩靜電，關燈後拉被子可以看到火星子。 床墊邊的彈簧基本已經塌掉了，坐床邊要當心。
店家推薦的海釣和趕海，報價比領導帶隊的那種報價確實便宜了三百. 但是中介收了500中介費之後之後就直接扔給船長了，船長海釣拖到漁排上給你魚餌個釣竿時候就邊上坐着等了，整個排上之後一個人釣到了兩條，其餘都是乾坐着沒魚口. 趕海扔到無人島隨便待一會就結束了，全稱不引導，就給你個夾子和桶指着一片石頭説去那邊，就在船上等了。那片石頭潭上面全是大礁石，大人孩子全摔傷，船長無任何幫助。
因為離城區有六七公里，外賣進的基本也沒啥好吃的. 整體過程店家溝通倒是非常及時，這點可圈可點，其他除了十一期間價格便宜，且入住方便之外沒啥亮點了。
