The boss is very very enthusiastic. He will bring us breakfast from the county seat, and will also make the buns made by the village people, make porridge for us for breakfast, and no matter what time you get up, the breakfast is steaming. I play back every day, and I can see the small surprises in the boss's room from time to time (fruits, snacks ......)
The boss also has a kitchen, which can provide ingredients processing. The boss’s cooking skills are not inferior to the shops outside, especially the seagull fried, which is better than the night market! !
The yard is also very comfortable, there are lounge chairs, umbrellas ...... and a particularly sticky family member with a stable personality Kim base 🐶, cute obedient and petite, it is a dream dog. There is also a washing machine to wash clothes and dry clothes.
There is a place to rent a battery car under the homestay. It is very convenient. There is a Beibei Beach two steps down. The scenery is not lost to the net red beach, and the beach is clean and there are few people.

GGuest UserBlow up the location of this homestay! 5 minutes walk to Pingtan Longwangtou Beach, the washing facilities are perfect, the uncle of the hotel has a great service attitude, and if there is a small problem, just find the uncle directly. The environment is as clean as your own home. If you want to come to Pingtan, you can really come here, and the price is very cheap. We came on May 1st, booked for five days, but it was only in the early 1,000s, and we all knew it well, and we pushed it!

GGuest UserThe location of this inn is really convenient, close to Longfengtou Beach, within walking distance to the beach, the surrounding environment is quiet and clean. The room is very clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the air conditioner and water heater are stable and well equipped. The staff was friendly, took the initiative to provide travel advice when checking in, and also helped recommend good restaurants nearby. The overall experience exceeded expectations and is suitable for couples or family trips. I will choose here next time I come to Pingtan.

ZZhuiganriyueThis is a newly opened hotel, so there aren't any photos in the reviews. However, the stay was okay. We bought a twin room with a smart toilet, and the facilities were pretty good. However, the cleanliness in some of the less-than-ideal corners was poor; despite being new, some facilities showed signs of age.
The worst thing was the lack of separation between the toilet and the bed. If you spray water towards the door while showering, it leaks out, and my friend didn't notice and got their suitcase wet.
Secondly, it was extremely poorly soundproofed. The neighbors playing games and making phone calls were very noticeable. The facilities advertised a laundry room, but washing clothes cost 5 yuan and only lasted 20 minutes. The laundry detergent was a generic brand. Since these facilities were in a common area, hangers and washing machines were shared. After washing, you had to go to the eighth-floor rooftop to dry your clothes, which also had other guests, so there was no privacy. I've never stayed in a room with a combination lock before, so I didn't know you couldn't lock it from the inside, which made me feel quite unsafe. It's about a 20-minute walk to Longwangtou (a restaurant), or a few minutes by taxi. There are many night markets and seafood restaurants nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Finally, there were cobwebs and spiders in the room, right on the pillow. This guest, who had been added to the room, never replied to messages after being asked to add them; I wonder if something was bothering them.
Overall, 130 yuan a night is acceptable; the price is reasonable. Since it was the off-season, any higher price wouldn't be good value. I'd recommend staying at a chain hotel.

You don't have to worry about parking problems when driving.
