"This hotel is very close to the Datong Ancient City direct train station. The room is incredibly spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic night view of the ancient city wall. The massage chair has basic functions. The projector can't be aimed directly, which is a bit of a minor inconvenience but not a deal-breaker. After all, for a holiday period, the value for money at this location and with this amount of space easily beats other hotels nearby."

Guest UserDecided to take the children to Datong to escape the heat, found the Drum Tower Inn, first attracted by the inn environment, the antique small courtyard, the feeling of quiet in the noisy, the interior layout is very elegant, clean, every staff in the inn is warm and thoughtful, approachable, and a docile cat, Children's favorite, every day will accompany the cat to play for a while. Take a closer look at the location and be more pleasant. It is at the entrance of Gulou East Street. Whether it is strolling in the street, or going to Huayan Temple, Shanhua Temple, it can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. It is perfect. Recommended to a friend, I will also choose Drum Tower Inn when I go to Datong in the future.

The location is very good, between Huayan Temple, Bell Tower and Grand Mosque, and it is also close to popular restaurants such as Fenglinge, Longjuxiang, Zini and Heshengcai. The staff are hospitable and willing to introduce the delicious and fun things around. The room facilities are very new and the bedding is comfortable. There is an elevator in the building, and you can take a taxi at the bell tower roundabout, so it is very convenient to get in and out. recommend!

Guest UserI enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There is quite a bit to see around Lingqiu, and I should have stayed one extra night or two. Miss Liu (刘小姐), the front receptionist, was extremely helpful, even going all the way to accompany me to the bus stop to catch the bus heading to the Pingxingguan Battle site. Miss Liu also assisted with booking a cab for my visit to the Jueshan Pagoda. This famous Pagoda was founded before England was established by William the Conqueror (if I am wrong, then pardon me, but the Pagoda was built sometime before 1077 A.D. during the Northern Wei Dynasty). Miss Liu also directed me to the gravesite of King Wu of the Northern Wei Dynasty which is right in downtown Lingqiu.
There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. One restaurant, next door to the right of the hotel, serves a wondering braised fish; the other a few doors away, sells delicious meat pies.
My room was professionally cleaned and serviced daily.
The hotel even allows me to doze off on the reception floor sofa to await my night train to Beijing.
I will return to this hotel if I return to Lingqiu.

Located in the core area of Hunyuan County, the sports square is to the north, where at least 1,000 people play badminton🏸, and it is connected to the Hunyuan Prefecture Office. You can walk there through the breakfast yard (free entry and exit with room card). The front desk is a cultural and creative store where you can buy figurines and refrigerator magnets. Check-in will give you intangible cultural heritage jelly, and there are many coupons for the Hunyuan Prefecture Office (clothing, pot throwing, hoop tossing, archery), and you can watch performances at the Prefecture Office in the evening. Next to it are Yong'an Zen Temple and Yuanjue Temple. The environment is excellent, breakfast is intangible cultural heritage breakfast, and you can refill noodles.

The room is very clean and tidy, super stylish shop, the facilities are very complete, very close to the South Station, the landlord is super warm and gentle. Absolutely good value for money, the price is super good, if there is a chance to come to Datong, I will definitely choose to stay again.

The environment is good and the location is also good. It is only 2 kilometers away from the tourist center and opposite the bus station. The boss is very nice. He upgraded me to a king-size bed room for free because I was the only one there. I booked a standard room with two single beds.

The breakfast arrangement was not careful. The location was relatively remote. The advantage was that it was close to the airport high-speed rail station, but it was not very good. Take a taxi, But it's not expensive to take a fast train in Datong.

The hotel room was surprisingly spacious. The bed was hard but it was the first time i slept really nice. Outside of the window men are playing cards. Acrossp the street is a nice park and walking towards the old city there are so many restaurants.
