Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. 酒店的位置比較鄉郊。從馬路望過去建築很低調，但是進入內裏即是被溫馨優雅的氛圍感染到，特別是來到房間，兩面牆落地窗看到離湖夕照的美景，黃昏時間抵達夕陽的餘光映照下。晚餐更是驚喜，冬季推出蟹肉套餐，但用了意大利的烹調方式，濃郁的醬汁令蟹肉肉非常美味，湯、意粉、薄餅都是一試難忘，烤蟹肉再沾上蟹膏做的醬汁，層次豐富。早餐麵包籃炒蛋乳酪，份量足，清新健康。每位工作人員。都很主動和有禮，經過一定會點頭打招呼，直到客人離開。介紹菜式都盡量用英文努力講解，令我這次住宿非常愉快。另外酒店亦設有溫泉雖然不大，但因為客人不多，我是一個人在使用，露天按摩溫泉可以看到湖面和星空可以享受到寧靜的氣氛。

The room was clean, but there was dust between the air conditioners or the building was old, so it smelled a bit peculiar. The conclusion was not bad overall. It was nice to have a unique Japanese feel. There is no place to eat nearby, so you have to buy it in advance. I went to Kamai and Yuhigaura Beach and it was pretty ~ All the staff are friendly and nice ~

However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !

It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season.

Breakfast and dinner are all seafood, and I was lucky to have Matsuba crab in late spring. There are Western-style beds in the room and everything is fine!
