"The whole trip to the destination is still a bit down, but everyone is sticking to it, and as tourists, we are also very suitable for traveling hard! The room is still very lifelike, that is, 2 pairs of rice and a little crowded, the kitchen is a plus, the boss is very intimate to prepare the salt and black pepper, all drinking water, bags, small snacks are very generous, not to mention very bicycles, overall recommendation"

GGuest UserIt took a long time to choose a hotel in Ibusuki, and there were very few pictures and information about Xiu Sui En. However, after seeing netizens commenting that its kaiseki cuisine is its specialty, as foodies, we decided to book this hotel with the mentality of giving it a try, and the result! Really like it!
Service: Regarding the service, it is really a detail that only traditional Japanese hotels have. After we checked in, a pair of waiters came to pick us up and take us to the hot spring (private hot spring only costs about 100 yuan) and take us there. The restaurant (you must try the food, it is exquisite and delicious), the most surprising thing is that my slippers (fur slippers) were scorched and wet by the rain when I entered the door. I even jokingly asked my husband if they would see that my shoes were wet. Then help me dry it, otherwise I will have to wear wet shoes again the next day and end up going out the next morning! It was really dried (because one of them got smaller and shrunk hahaha, so it was definitely dried), and when we asked for any service, they would not ask us which room we were in, their waiters would remember us and serve us directly. We have arranged everything. Having said so much, we still have to experience it ourselves, haha.

真真五郎一泊二日で利用させていただきました。山道を進んだ奥にあり自然豊かで眺めも良いです。ホテルには自分以外の他に宿泊客は数組しかいなかったのでとても静かに過ごせました。スタッフの皆さまの対応もとても丁寧でした。部屋は広く清潔でバルコニーのお風呂は眺めが良く最高です。貸切露天風呂や大浴場の露天風呂など、どれも気持ちよく入れました。他にもセラミック風呂や砂風呂、岩風呂などもあり、特にセラミック風呂は体の芯まで温まって癒されました。夕食と朝食はフレンチの創作料理でしたが、とてもおいしかったです！

宮濱站出來走路10分鐘左右到達酒店（提前聯繫酒店可以在車站接送，我們行李不多沒約）
走去酒店路上遇到了美景！
還有列車經過！真的太幸慶沒讓酒店接送了
酒店有兩班車送去沙蒸温泉♨️4:15/5:15，要提前預約，我們沒提前預約但很幸運有人取消，我們候補坐上了5:15的班車～回程巴士6:30，沙蒸温泉時間一個小時（如果衹是沙蒸10分鐘+温泉）時間剛剛好。
酒店包含早晚餐，不得不驚歎酒店的餐食太太太好了！我住過非常多次含餐食的温泉酒店，温泉酒店的懷石料理/會席料理很多時候都是精緻但説不上很好吃，但這家餐食居然出乎意料的好吃😋讓人印象深刻。大廚的服務非常非常好，他會逐一介紹菜品，即使我們日語不好也用英語介紹，全程非常關注每一個客户，真的做到用心對待每個客户。第二天早餐，大廚還安排我們坐到窗户的位置能看到大海（其他日本顧客都是坐回前一天晚餐的原位，大廚看我們外國客户特地安排我們坐窗邊），還幫我們拍照，服務真的超級無敵好。推薦給大家！！

Hotel service is very good, you can borrow a lot of things for free in the lobby. To go to the hotel, you need to take a taxi from the jr station, and a forest path is also very artistic.

GGuest Userthe perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !
