the perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !

When we had a request, we went to the counter to get the required service. The waiter arrived in a blink of an eye and helped us deal with it immediately, which was very efficient. It's a member's hotel, but the accommodation fee was cheaper on another site, so I stayed there without applying for membership. The published photo shows a very stylish hotel, but it is a normal business hotel.
The front desk service and breakfast were good, but the quality of the cleaning of the bath and the smell of the towels were not high. Every room has a mirror on the wall in front of the desk, so you can see your sleeping form (I didn't like it, so I had to cover it with a towel).
Parking is available through a partnership for 900 yen (we had the car parked at a rental car company's affiliated office).
There are streetcars, so getting around is easy.
It's within walking distance of the astronomical museum, so I think it's good for sightseeing.

The hotel service is very good! From the reception to the meals and facilities, I am very satisfied! I came here mainly for the sand hot springs and I was not disappointed! The uncle at the front desk didn't speak English well but he tried his best to introduce us. The mountain view room we originally booked was upgraded to an ocean view room on his own initiative. The breakfast and dinner are also delicious, and the customer service staff will go to the room to help you make the bed during dinner time. The large bathhouse is a bit old but very clean, has a nice view and the water is very hot. Will stay here again if I have the chance!
