The hotel rooms are very modern and in good sanitary condition. The rooms are equipped with a massage hot spring bathtub, which makes it very convenient to take a bath in the room! The staff is very considerate, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the food tastes super good 😋😋 I stayed for two consecutive nights and the dinner was not repeated. It was exquisite and delicious. It was very comfortable to enjoy it in a separate room The breakfast has a wide variety of options. I initially thought it was a normal buffet breakfast, but there is a designated table assigned to the room, and the food tastes good and is carefully prepared. It is a very good buffet breakfast The public hot springs are well-equipped, and you can also book a private hot spring online. It is equipped with shower facilities, which is very convenient. It is very convenient to take a bath with friends! If I have a chance, I will definitely book this hotel next time I visit the Ishiwa Onsen area😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Gubaiyuan Hotel in Shihe Hot Spring Township has an elegant environment, good hot spring quality, good attitude of the waiters, and comfortable and large rooms. You can see the Southern Alps, and the breakfast is delicious. It is a good hot spring hotel.

Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.) Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours. Note that there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in guestrooms, as this is an onsen facility - all soaps and bath amenities are provided in the onsen area. Several onsite restaurants providing many food options, which made up for the lack of vegetarian-friendly options around the area.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 5 year old It was a treat to stay in a traditional hotel with Yukata and sleeping on Tatami beds. The food was absolutely amazing and very delicately prepared. Luckily, we had our own private open air bath, otherwise it was extremely difficult to book any reservations for the onsen and private baths. By the time we checked in, everything was pretty much fun Our kid loved the cute kid's amenities kit, feeding the carp and walking through the garden. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

A simple inn with no unnecessary services. There are no smoking areas around the inn, which can be difficult for smokers. There are few restaurants within walking distance, but a drugstore and convenience store are nearby, which is convenient.
