Best ryokan experience! The decor of this hotel was impressive, some artworks and crystals were being displayed all over the hotel🫶🏼 Breakfast and dinner included! Food was excellent:) I was pregnant so the host prepared pregnancy-safe meals for me. One downside is there’s no supermarket nearby, please come prepared hahahah

I had a question about the food, so I called before arriving on the day of my stay. They were able to arrange for someone to pick me up at the station, timed perfectly with my express train arrival! The express train was delayed, so my arrival was late. I had requested dinner immediately upon arrival, and they were thoughtful enough to delay serving by a few minutes, probably to avoid rushing me. I really appreciated that. The food was delicious, and the drinks flowed easily! It was also convenient that I could order drinks via mobile app. The 24-hour large public bath is amazing! Both at night and in the morning, I had it all to myself. Although my reservation initially had a 10 AM checkout, I was able to extend it to 11 AM for an extra fee. They were very accommodating with everything, and I had a wonderful one-night stay!

The room is extremely spacious, and it even offers a view of the courtyard. The room is also very clean – I would definitely return to this hot spring hotel again! Beautiful environment, and nice onsen experience. If you don’t want to drive out for dinner, there is a nice and pleasant izakaya right in front of the ryokan.

The hotel's interior views are absolutely stunning, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We even had their kaiseki dinner at the hotel, which was also delicious. The only minor drawback was that the private onsen bath in our room wasn't hot enough. If the hotel could improve that, it would be perfect!
