Hot Springs Hotels in Li County

The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, making for a very comfortable stay. Parking was convenient, and the environment was quite pleasant. The hotel even has a backyard, which was perfect for a relaxing afternoon dip in the hot springs. The service was warm and attentive; they even helped me with my luggage and gave me a small gift when I left, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also excellent, offering both mountain and river views, and it's very close to the scenic area. The shuttle service to and from the scenic area was also very efficient.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and they even provided disinfectant alcohol. The mountain view from the window was absolutely picturesque. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Last night, after the rain, it was wonderfully quiet, so I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot spring pool – simply fantastic! While there are many great hotels out there now, this one's service truly stands out. Every staff member was welcoming with a smile and incredibly attentive to every detail.

The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, very thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Parking was convenient, and they were proactive and helpful with our luggage. Our room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the full-house floor heating was a real treat, making it super cozy. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when visiting Bipenggou.

I chose Zodui Kangqin Hotel in Gurgou Town, which is less than 2 hours away from Chengdu. First of all, the facilities are very complete. The room is exactly as pictured, and the amenities are very convenient. There's an underground parking lot with charging stations. The service is also very attentive, always available when needed. The decor is very cozy. Highly recommended!

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

This was my first time staying in a tent-style room, and it was quite an experience. It would be even more amazing if it snowed in winter, just opening the tent and seeing the snow! My husband also kept saying how peaceful the room with the starry sky roof was; we'd love to stay there sometime. There were two minor drawbacks. First, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom; you just had to put them back in your pocket after use, which was inconvenient. Second, the private hot spring bath was a bit disappointing. Perhaps because the lid wasn't properly closed, there were tons of small insects in the tub after filling it, and we spent ages scooping them out. Safety could also be improved. The handrail leading to the hot spring was on the outside, where there were curtains and chairs, so it's usually not used. I tried to go up from the side closer to the room and slipped; my foot is still black. Overall, the minor flaws don't outweigh the merits. The interior and exterior decor were very stylish, the owner was very helpful, and the price for the private hot spring room was quite reasonable, especially considering how close it is to the scenic area.

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

Excellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

The hotel environment is quite good. While the infinity pool, famous on social media, wasn't as large as I'd imagined, the view from it was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded our room. The auntie who helped prepare our private hot spring in the room was very attentive and even enthusiastically offered us some tips. A suggestion for future guests: bring some snacks as there aren't many convenience stores nearby and no food delivery options.
