Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel.
The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains.
We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty.
The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Beautiful Resort
I had a wonderful stay at Zoland Resort and was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and thoughtful service throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Hotel Manager Mr. Ma and my butler, Xiao Luo, for going above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable. Mr. Ma was especially kind to take time out to personally accompany us on a lovely walk to Qingyin Pavilion. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a memorable experience.
Every member of the resort team was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I also appreciated having a dedicated butler, Xiao Luo, who was always ready to assist with any request or need. When we arrived late, the team thoughtfully arranged a late lunch for us, which was a wonderful touch and very much appreciated.
Beyond the excellent service, I absolutely loved the architecture and design of the resort. The setting, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere make Zoland a truly special place.
Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and left with very fond memories. Thank you to the entire Zoland team for making our stay so special. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity.

The restaurant served some of the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the combination of the breathtaking mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made dining an unforgettable experience.
What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Xiao Bao, who went above and beyond to make our visit seamless. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free.

YangjincuojiaFacilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues.
Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding.
Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent.
Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them.
Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

QingtianhsA summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience.
The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!”
The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

XiaofeileBooked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak.
The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details.
Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long.
The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a table, chairs, and an entryway cabinet, which was convenient for storing luggage and clothes. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plastic slippers were provided for showering. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. My husband unfortunately fell in the hotel corridor, and the front desk staff helped him up and provided an ice pack. When I went to climb Jinding, they provided bamboo poles. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, and the driver helped with loading and unloading luggage. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, a bit far from the main street, and there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

Guest UserOn our first night, we were given a street-facing room, and the noise from passing traffic disturbed us in the mornings. After a quick chat with the front desk, the staff immediately and graciously moved us to a larger, quieter room at no extra charge. Their problem-solving efficiency was excellent, and their attitude was incredibly gentle. We also received complimentary breakfast during our stay, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The location is very convenient. It's a short taxi ride to Baoguo Temple, Fuhu Temple, and the Maluqiao Food Street, making it easy to get around with kids. The overall ambiance is a quiet, comfortable, and clean new-Chinese Zen-style courtyard.
When traveling, such genuine and thoughtful service is a rare find. They didn't pass the buck when problems arose and made every effort to help guests. If I ever return to the foot of Mount Emei, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children.

Excellent value for money! They proactively upgraded our room for free even before we checked in, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. The hotel is very close to Mount Emei Scenic Area, so after hiking, we just checked into the hotel and relaxed. In the afternoon, we took the kids to the water park, which had a great variety of attractions, and also enjoyed the hot spring and swimming pool – we had an amazing time! With the kids' energy depleted, we had dinner on the first floor of the hotel, and both the food quality and value were great. What surprised me the most was the hotel's breakfast; it was incredibly rich, with tofu pudding, noodles, and even 'bingfen' (iced jelly) – a real treat! Overall, our stay was fantastic. If we come to Emei again, we will definitely stay here.
