This hotel was great! The manager Martin and the concierge Martin were amazing and super helpful! Manager martin helped us with all of the room things and everything in the hotel. Concierge Martin was amazing and helped us with booking everything around the city, mountain and leshan. He even drove us to a restaurant one night. The hotel itself is even. The pool and hot springs are great. Our 3 year old had a lot of fun. The food and buffet were great. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would definitely stay again. there are a few restaurants around we ate at the one below two days in a row that we were there. its more of a family hotel but its tolerable. there's a glamping place across the gorge to relax? we liked it. the place to get tickets to the mountain (tourism center) is right across the main road which is 5 mins walk. very convenient

The hotel is otherwise basic for the price - but it was clean, comfy and came with amazing views (when it briefly cleared) and a very short walk up stairs to see the sunrise/sunset and statue. A table of sunrise and sunset times is posted - arrive early if you want a front row view. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and plentiful. Recommend packing light and only taking up the mountain what you need for your stay as there’s a lot of stairs. While the staff did speak some English (much more than my Chinese) a translation app is highly recommended if you don’t speak the language.

This hotel is very close to the Emei mountain & the train station! But have to be careful when you arrive in Emei train station they are a lot of China people to approach you for a taxi service. I was trapped on it because the guy ask me want to go for the dinner or not. I said yes end up he sent us to the restaurant for dinner & it cost me RMB633. I think the guy must get the commission on it. After the dinner he sent us home & he tried to approach us go shopping to buy joystick, Chinese medical materials & chinese tea leaf but we refuse him. I request him by tomorrow evening send us back to the train station but he said he is busy…end up the hotel staff helping us to call a DiDi & sent us to the train station. The hotel staff is helpful & we appreciate it.

The hotel is in a great place, opposite the bus station, close to the train station and there are lots of parking spaces. The staff is very helpful and kind, thank you very much for everything. Breakfast is rich, satisfying the tastes of both Easterners and Westerners, all compliments. The rooms are clean and worm and the biggest surprise is the indoor pool, which is large and clean. Hot spring is great, too, there are more pools. We can't wait to get back!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel and rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. The ladies at the front desk were patient with us as we speak little Chinese. We were able to use translation programs to communicate and they were helpful. The breakfast is Chinese, but enough to fuel you for the day. The hot springs are an added touch, and they are refilled everyday so consideration to cleanliness is given. The view from the corner room we had (318) was lovely. In the hot summer heat, it’s important to keep the curtains closed as the sun will heat up the room rather quickly when the a/c is not on. Oh, and the robot that delivers room service is a must try.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it’s just around the corner to 第一山亭 and less than 15 mins walking distance to 报国寺 and 客运中心 for the buses to go up to mountain 万年寺 & 雷洞庭 & 金顶 places。 The hotel provides pick up and drop off service from/to 高铁, which makes it very convenient for us as we are carrying big luggages. The hotel staffs provide very good services. They are all friendly and helpful. My customer manager —XuYanpeng（徐艳鹏) is very caring and attentive. She checks on us to make sure we have what we need. Her service oriented professionalism is excellent, and makes our staying very enjoyable. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we are coming back to Emeishan.

It is suitable for pressing before and after going up the mountain. (It would be better if you can rub your knees.) Originally, the pedicure shop had already locked the door and left after get off work. The lady of the hotel saw that I wanted to press, and she called them back and gave me a call. Grateful. The two 1.5-meter large beds are very good for rest. The bathroom is large and has 24-hour hot water. The hot water flow is very large, which can wash away the fatigue of a day of hiking. Because there are two adults and three children, and there happens to be a loft with three beds, I was worried after reading the reviews, but after checking in, I thought it was OK. After all, you get what you pay for when living in the mountains. There are electric blankets and heaters, and you don't feel very cold at night. The disadvantage is that because it is in the attic, the bathroom is near the eaves, and the toilet is located at the lowest point of the sloped roof. The three children accidentally knocked their heads when going to the toilet. It was painful for the adults to bend down to go to the toilet. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. There was also a time limit for water use when we went there. The hotel prepared a bucket in the toilet to store water. It doesn't have much impact, but the only window is in the corridor of the hotel. I don't dare to open the window at night because it will be a bit stuffy. When I sleep, I can only turn on the exhaust fan of the toilet. Overall, it's acceptable, after all, it's just one night.
