A motel like this is great in downtown Chicago with no parking spaces. It takes 15 minutes to walk from Cloud Gate. It was cold and windy when we went there, so it was quite a long journey. Clean room, convenient location and accommodating staff!

The bed was nice but the shower was hard to operate and impossible to get to a reasonable temperature. It would be cold, I would nudge it a touch to the hot side and then it would be burning hot. The hospitality was subpar. When I asked to check-in an hour early they said I would have to pay $30 and when I asked to store luggage after checking out, they said no.

Great location, but communication was poor as there was no front desk and it was hard to reach the staff. The carpet in the shower room and towels were also not very clean.

Too far from the city, inconvenient location

The hotel is excellently located - in one metro stop from the airport. Also by metro it is easy to leave to the city center. The hotel is worth its price, in the room there is everything for happiness. Breakfast is also quite good.
