CChristophIch gebe sehr selten Bewertungen ab, da ich auf meinen längeren Reisen in viele Unterkßnfte komme und oftmals keine Zeit habe dafßr. Dennoch ist es mir eine Herzensangelegenheit fßr dieses Hostels einige schÜne Zeilen zu schreiben:
Insgesamt hatte ich eine wirklich wahnsinnig tolle Zeit!!! Von der ersten Sekunde an fĂźhlt man sich einfach nur herzlich Willkommen in diesem Hostel.
Ein riesiges DankeschĂśn geht an den Besitzer des Hostels âFonâ. Der Typ ist einfach eine herzensgute Seele. Ich habe selten einen so zuvorkommenden, sympathischen Menschen kennengelernt. Ich bin im Hostel angekommen und wurde mit einem gratis Cappucino und Wasser begrĂźĂt. Da seine Frau zu viel Curry gekocht hat, durfte ich sogar etwas davon mit essen.
Fon hat das Hostel von Grund auf neu aufgebaut und steckt all seine Energie mit Herzblut dort rein und ist noch lange nicht am Ende ein atemberaubendes Hostel zu schaffen und fßr seine Gäste ein einzigartiges Zuhausefeeling zu bieten. Er legt viel Wert darauf, dass es jedem seiner Gäste gut geht und nimmt sich die Zeit fßr jeden Einzelnen. Dabei ist ihm nicht wichtig, dass er mit dem Hostel massig Geschäft macht, sondern dass es jedem Einzelnen gut geht und alle die beste Zeit haben.
Seine Crew, die dort arbeitet und er selbst haben mit uns eine Rollertour um die Insel gemacht und uns ganz viele tolle Orte gezeigt. Es war einer der schĂśnsten Tage, die ich hatte.
Ich war zu Beginn verwundert, wie ein Hostel eine so dermaĂen gute Bewertung haben kann. Nachdem ich angekommen bin wurde mir schnell klar warum. Es ist nicht alles perfekt - Es ist alles genau richtig, so wie es ist. Das Hostel ist entspannt, super sauber, bietet Aktivitäten und ist toll gelegen (5 Minuten zu FuĂ zum Fullmoonstrand). Man fĂźhlt sich wie zuhause und jeder der hierher kommt wird eine gute Zeit haben. Versprochen!
Fon hat noch so viele tolle Ideen, das Hostel noch zu erweitern und noch schĂśner zu gestalten. Ob in 1, 2 oder 5 Jahren. Ich komme definitiv irgendwann wieder und bin schon jetzt gespannt, was er tolles daraus machen wird!

RRejane EsmanhotoThis place is wonderful, you immediately feel at home. Mango manages it with love and effort. Everything is new and clean, room is big, bed is comfortable and has everything you need (plug, lamp, shelf, curtain, even hanger), locker inside the room, good shower. Thereâs a common kitchen with water, coffee, tea and biscuits all the time, microwave, toaster and fridge. Upstairs thereâs a big bar and sofa, a great place to hang out or even work. Yoga mats available too if you want. You can park bike for free. Close to everything you might need in Baan Tai. Iâve been in many hostels around Asia and this is one of the best cared for I've ever been. If you need anything, Mango is really open to help you and arrange whatever you need. Even before coming, I booked the wrong night and it was not possible to change on Trip, but I contacted them via email and they immediately fixed it for me. Booked for one night and ended up extending. I recommend with my eyes closed.

GGuest UserHonestly best hostel in Koh Tao. Staff are fantastic thereâs lots of hang out space and parking. The rooms are consistently spotless. Really made my trip. Would recommend no other hostel on island compared. I stayed in another before hand and it cost more for way less.
They have a bar too with good prices.

Book a private room but the bathroom is included. The receptionist is good. There is a car service to go to D Rin during Full Mon, 150 baht/trip per person, a distance of nearly 10 km. (And can also cross the boat from Haad Rin to Chaweng Beach, Koh Samui, which has 2 rounds 12.30 and 16.00 as well) On the way back, there is a minibus service all night. agreed, the price is acceptable Or waiting for full passengers to save money
This property offers coffee. And drinking water at the common area, shampoo and shower cream to buy yourself It is recommended to book accommodation in advance during the festival. There is also yoga teaching. morning exercise

LLivesofrealexpatsEcho Beach Hostel truly matches his name. With a large sitting area in the sand and located directly on the beach, you canât find a better place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bar has everything you need at reasonable prices. Itâs quick and easy to get to most of the hot spots around town and you can grab an amazing breakfast at Bubbas right across the street.
However the highlight was the party board in the common room, that lists all the best parties on the island every day of the week!

GGuest UserExpensive, but for a room with 18 people, surprisingly decent. There is a club playing music until late, but earplugs were effective for me. Fellow travelers were quiet and respectful. I was the only female in the toom, and felt comfortable. The building is a bit tucked away so the walk can feel long at night.

IIsla FranklinLocation is really good, right on the beach and right in town. Would recommend getting a bike here as you can park directly in front of your little bungalow.
The bungalows are quiet but very small, the bathroom is also tiny and has a little shower right next to the toilet.
The locks on the doors are also weird.
I do think itâs slightly overpriced but overall we had a nice stay here.
