It's a good hostel, the staff is friendly, the capsule is spacious, the mattress isn't sagging, it's quiet, the cooking area is spacious and comfortable, and the restrooms are clean. The only major drawback for me was the low temperature in the capsule. I stayed in February, and the outside temperature was -10°C. It felt like the lounge area wasn't heated at all, or there were heating issues, so you could easily catch a cold. I recommend this place; it's best to visit in the warmer months. February 2026 cost 1700 rubles a night.

В целом все отлично. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Номер маленький, но мне было достаточно. Из особенностей отметил бы что номера с окнами на улицу (не во двор) все же немного шумноваты из-за этого В качестве пожеланий удобно было бы иметь в номерах одноразовые гигиенические наборы (зубную щетку с пастой). Я вот забыл и было бы кстати

Good afternoon! This is my first experience staying in a hotel of this format (I travel a lot, but this is my first time in a capsule hotel). I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, perhaps I just got lucky with this particular hotel. There are many positive aspects: a great location (5 minutes from the metro), cleanliness, quiet, free coffee (delicious!), tea, refrigerators, a microwave, a stove, and dishes. The shared toilets and bathrooms (showers) are clean and comfortable. There is an ironing room, a washing machine (I think for an extra fee), and computers if needed. Also, everyone has a small locker for personal belongings and a larger one for a suitcase and clothes (hangers are also provided). The capsule itself is also comfortable, not as small as I thought, it has 2 sockets, individual lighting, a mirror with a shelf, and 2 small hooks for clothes. Slippers are provided. Overall, it is quite comfortable! The administrators are very polite and friendly. And most importantly, the price is very good for central Moscow! I can confidently recommend it for a short stay, and I think young people will be comfortable even for a longer stay.

Take the capsule for the view-and it was worth it; the views from 84 floors to Moscow are large. A pleasant lobby with a panoramic view-where you can work. Very enjoyed the shower-spacious; a good water pressure. The toilets are of course very small. The capsule is spacious-but I was with a portfolio and a bag-case S would have been confused already... Comfortable location: downstairs Azbuka taste(coffee; snacks); in Afimol a bunch of coffee and fuddocks; spar. Metro Business Center. Passage is done 2 minutes.

Royal Hotel превзошёл все мои ожидания: номер был чистым, современным и очень уютным, персонал — дружелюбным и внимательным, а расположение — удобным для прогулок по городу. Места, где можно поесть расположены в самом отеле и рядом. Из недостатков - отсутствие чайника. Если ищете комфортное место для отдыха в Москве без переплат, смело выбирайте Royal Hotel!

Отель сложно найти, спасибо сотруднику, который прислал за мной трансфер. У меня был номер в мансарде, что не очень удобно. Утром предоставили завтрак по выбору, у меня овсянная каша, после чего отвезли в аэропорт.

I was given a room on the 4th floor. No information was available. There is no elevator. Even for the extra charge, no one asks to bring the suitcases to the floor at least. The steps are very slippery. When I emigrated and dropped the suitcases I slipped up the stairs and fell with the suitcase. In such a snowy weather it is very dangerous. There is nothing on the steps, only a tile. The girl on the receptacle at the settlement said that breakfast in 7.00. I came to 7.15 I didn't get in, told to wait 15 minutes. It was unpleasant because I was in a hurry on business and I already paid for breakfast when booking. The food was delicious, lots of choice, Swedish table. The room is small but it seems everything is clean and clean. Towels, slippers, toothbrushes and TD, everything is.I hear all the neighbors from other rooms. Doors are very slippery and at night it was even a little scary to sleep. There is a wi-fi. Of all the workers, a polite and friendly only guard. Clearly staying normal, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. It's more like a guest house, not a hotel. But in principle, for this price it's probably normal.

The price is good for the location, the staff was really nice but the capsule was not so clean and the matt was very old so you could think it is dirty
