Find Top Hostels in Kinta

"I have to be honest, this hostel is one of the best that you can find with this modest price, but excellent services. First enter, the counter was having a good chat with a chinese, teen girl who traveled alone in Malaysia. The counter, who is a girl immediately served me as I wanted to place my luggage here before exploring Ipoh . When i check in, around 2pm, (yeah i can check in before 3pm, this is a life saver), an uncle, who served me with care and gave me a tour with their amenities. The amenities were amazing. You can play guitar if you do as they provided at the resting area. You can have a relaxing, comforting hot bath with shampoo and body wash provided. The pillows and bed were cozy... The only thing i am unsatisfied is the attitude of the chinese traveler who sleeps beside me. I can hesr his whispers, saying rude words in chinese (maybe he is having a bad time in Ipoh i guess). The rest, is awesome. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay with home's warmth and modest price, Miner's house is for you."

"Really cute hostel in the middle of Ipoh old town. The owners and volunteers are so nice and it’s very clean as well. Check in and checkout was super simple and they have a great list of recommendations for things to do in Ipoh. Lots of social events happening here but it’s def not a party hostel which I loved- movie nights, game nights and food market tours were all offered during my time there. Highly highly recommend!!"

"Superb cleanliness 8n the room. There are open spaces provided in the hostel for the guest to relax and chill. I could plan another stay in this hostel again :)"

"Hostel located in the heart of tourist spots. Famous eateries like Tuck Kee, Lou Wong are all walking distance. Superb location for an affordable price! Not to mention Suky was very helpful and attentive, she had reached out to me first on check-in details before I could ask her anything. The only down side of the hostel is probably the street noise. It doesn't really bother me anyway however those who need perfect silence to sleep will probably need ear plugs. Overall, I'm happy with the stay and will definitely come back again if I happen to visit Ipoh!"

"This was the nicest hostel I have stayed in during my travels through Malaysia!!! The beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets feel like hotel quality They provide a good towel for use after one of their many hot showers in a clean and large bathroom There is free hot and cold water, a fridge and laundry services you can use The staff are friendly, polite and helpful Air con is not switched off throughout the day like some hostels (just turn off if you're last to leave the room) There are 3 entrances because at night the main doors are closed. But I was personally shown how to access the building at this time Thank you for restoring my faith in budget travel and providing me a good night's sleep"

"I like the hostel are spacious and greenary environment. Perfect location to walk around especially for food hunter. A few dim sum just around the corner (Ming Court & Foo San.. ) as well as Tong Shui(Dessert) street and Gerbang Malam night market. it is a centre of food heaven in Taman Jubilee area"
