I got really lucky here. Shared a room with all positive people. From the moment I arrived, the staff members were great. The hostel was extremely easy to find, was close to public transit, and there were several stores and restaurants around. I'm not much of a drinker, but I do appreciate that they had a rooftop bar with a great view. Breakfast wasn't too bad for the price either. Only problem I had was that there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers for that entire hostel so I never had a chance to use it as they were always occupied. The price for detergent was hefty so, bring your own!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience!

Functional but not great. USB sockets didn’t work. Sink was blocked. Lots of noise at night (ok it was Friday). The beds are metal and four-to-a-set up so anytime anyone came in or left it woke everyone up.

I stayed here for 4 nights and was assigned to an upper bunk bed. On the second night, after two guests checked out, I noticed there were available lower beds and asked the staff if I could move. Initially, I was told to come back the next morning to arrange the change. However, when I returned, another staff member told me that I could not move because the hostel was fully booked. This was confusing, as there was clearly at least one lower bed available. What made the experience disappointing is that the lower bed remained empty for the rest of my stay, yet my request was still not accommodated. The communication between staff was inconsistent, and the handling of the situation felt unprofessional. Overall, while the stay itself was acceptable, this experience reflected a lack of flexibility and coordination in customer service.

Overall, the accommodation is quite good. There's an elevator, which is very convenient. It's close to subway line 7, making transportation easy. What I'm not entirely satisfied with is having to go downstairs to boil water and heat food. Every time I need to boil water, I have to go to the bar to ask for help, which is a bit inconvenient because there are no utensils for eating (bowls, chopsticks, spoons, forks...). It would be more convenient if each floor had its own dining area. Each floor shares a bathroom for all rooms. The room is a bit stuffy and has body odor; a fan is needed for ventilation because it's very noisy when the window is open. An exhaust fan would reduce body odor and improve air quality. There's a small bar on the ground floor, convenient for eating and drinking. There are also many restaurants and minibars nearby, which is very convenient.

Good plugs by each bed. Very , very tired ! Floors covered in hair, 5th floor for me and no lift and after long days walking or with heavy bags.... Pot luck. No towel offered, staff friendly, there is also a room to keep your bags once you've left even for up to 24 hours. Mattress comfortable but sheets were dirty also. No staff to tell at the time on reception and had a sheet which I used instead of as a duvet as the mattress cover and then my sleeping bag. Bathroom stank sadly, on the top floor, fann didn't work. Needs a lot of love but for the price in Paris... Meh. Lovely area to wander and well connected, a really cool vinyl bar near by easily findable on Google.

The location is perfect, with the Jules Joffrin metro station (130m) and bus line 40 stop right nearby, plus a taxi stand next to the metro. You don't have to get breakfast at the hotel, as you can find it everywhere in the city. Walking to the Sacre Coeur was also very close (800m). There were three of us – my wife, son, and myself – and we opted for a four-person room wanting a bit more space, but it still turned out to be quite small for us. Another downside was the lack of an elevator; we were on the third floor with a 'horror staircase' (I'm 58!). The toilet area was also tiny, and we missed having a chair, a kettle, or a small fridge. Oh well, perhaps I should have booked a more expensive room. However, if you're a traveler like us, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location, especially for a city trip, and for a room to just rest in, nothing more.

I was told that Wi-Fi only works in the hall but I got a signal. big hall, lots of tables, There is a teapot and a chicken.

It works best if you plan to spend most of your time outside and only need a place to sleep. The location is convenient, with nearby stores and easy access to tourist spots.
