we stayt here for 4 nights and it was horrible because we booked the hotel room with one doublebed and two bunk beds in a family room but in the end they gave us 4 bunk beds and they promise that they would change the hotelroom for us but in the end they didn't and the fan was broken and they said they would giveus a new one that we can use but they didn't and the hotel room is super smal and if you are tall you can not even sit in the toilet and it was very dirty and the licht flashes

The room was tiny, even smaller than what you'd find in Japan or Hong Kong. The elevator was also minuscule, barely fitting two people. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Towels and other amenities were only changed twice during our week-long stay. No drinking water was provided, which was particularly inconvenient given the extremely high temperatures at the time. While most of the front desk staff were helpful, one night shift employee was very unfriendly. I definitely won't be staying here again.

The photo on trip.com is total different. When I check in at late night the room is messy. The garbage on the floor, a coke already drink half put on a table. The bed sheet also is not tidy up and there has lots of small hair on the bed. When I told to the staff, they just said sorry and they can’t do anything else for me. Then just change the bed sheet that it. The next day morning I told to the manager again. He just said sorry, he also can’t do anything for me. That’s was a terrible experience. Never come back to this hotel again. Never ever!! Don’t even want to give them 1 star.

The room that is showing on the picture isn’t actually the room, it’s a smaller room, the bedding isn’t cleaned I actually found hair and dirt on the blanket, shower holder was broken and terrible place specially for the high price!!!! The only good thing about it is the location and that’s it.

The room was very basic, with a broken chair and a small desk in it. The location is fine; however, every night was noisy as it seemed there were some electric phone stations outside. People were talking loudly outside of the property at midnight. The hotel staff did not care much and there were no fans available in the room. Overall, it feels like a hostel
