"Pleasant hotel but very overpriced for what is on offer. Rooms comfortable but no better than a good version of Premier Inn. For £330 for 2 nights I expect than just a shower in the bathroom. Some of our party had a "deluxe room" with double bed and room for a third person and a snazzier bathroon with a bath (£430 for 2 nights) - the 3rd bed being a fold out/flip out foam rubber affair with no bedding provided even though the hotel knew the bed would be used, Our reason for choosing the hotel in the first place was because it offered an indoor pool with the equipment to offer a strong current to swim against. Also a sauna. Neither of these were operational during our 2 day visit. For those kind of prices one could also reasonably expect a comfortable sitting area/lounge for when the weather was not suitable for the terrace. All that was on offer was a few hard chairs in the breakfast area. There was an additional area (not much more comfortable from the look of it) which was blocked off with a notice that it was not allowed to be used. Pleasant enough, but not up to those prices or value for money. When we mentioned the lack of pool current machine & sauna we were given a 20 euros reduction on a 1,600 euro bill. "Attentive and staff that will go above and beyond for you. Their breakfast is absolutely delicious with fresh, high quality ingredients. They also offer breakfast in bed for an additional 5 euros. Clean, modern rooms. All you could ask for. I would definitely be back."

New Cottage

"The is a perfect place to stay, the house and garden are very beautiful and close enough to walk into the centre of Honfleur. The welcome we had was so lovely, greeted with a delicious glass of local Cider. Eric really went out of his way, from sorting out the best local restestants for us to eat & lots of good local knowledge. The rooms are beautifully decorated, beds sre soo comfy and it was spotlessly clean. Great to have private parking too."

"A big disappointment. location good, parking safe. But no airco, just a fan in a sweltering room. No shower, only a bath. Breakfast starts at 8am, but because of the heat I wanted to leave early, I got an orange juice and bought some croissants at a bakery. Internet is low speed. This was the most expensive hotel on my whole trip and absolutely the worst."

"A lovely boutique apartment-hotel in a great location with wonderful hosts. If you want to experience the heart of old Honfleur, this is the place to stay. Garden, folly and terrace are all great places to read a book and watch the world go by. Can park nearby for free - handy as town is mainly pedestrian. I strongly recommend the breakfast too - delivered in a basket to your room."

"Lovely stay in one the courtyard villas. Was more than big enough for our family of four, plenty of equipment. The hotel itself is very charming, lovely to come back to in the evening. Very close to the centre, host was very hospitable. We didn’t realise we had breakfast included, but she kept it open for us!"

"The location of the hotel is at the old town, actually is a bit hard to find the entrance if you are driving there. As we are driving we miss the hotel at the first time. So for people who is driving there you can actually stop in front of the hotel and press the bell and people will come out and help you with the luggage The service is really good, they carry our luggage all the way up the room The room is big and comfy, they have bath hub and steam bath, which is really nice"

"We came to spend the weekend at this hotel, which looked very appealing on paper; the photos were attractive. However, the pool wasn't clean, and the hammam was out of order. We arrived in our room to find a bed that creaked terribly, a shower head completely covered in limescale (making it impossible for a woman to wash her hair), and very kitschy decor."

"Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town. literraly 1 step away from shops and restaurants but at the same time -it is quiet as windows were away from the street. We loved everything, the only warning - as our apartment was duplex - stairs were quite steep. if one is with small children or elderly people this can be an issue."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and a wide variety of food. (Unfortunately, you can't get good baguettes in every bakery for around €1-1.20) France is famous for its baguettes. But otherwise there was nothing to complain about."
