La Ferme Saint Siméon - Relais & Châteaux

It’s a beautiful hotel, full of character with lovely gardens and views only a ten minute walk from the centre of Honfleur. The staff were delightful, extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms were very pretty, spacious and well equipped although the actual storage space was poor. We ate in both restaurants and overall the food was excellent although we thought The Impressionists restaurant was outstanding and the service was far superior to the bistro. Breakfast was very good but no full fat yogurt or berries, still plenty to choose from though. Housekeeping deserves a mention as they did a super job too which was very much appreciated. It is a wonderful place to stay, quite magical and we will definitely go again.

Very nice hotel and good location with nice views and garden. Breakfast was a bit difficult since I had to ask for cappuccino with any other milk than cow because of my allergy but they kept bringing me cappuccino with cow milk. Also we got omelettes with ham when we asked for cheese and didn’t even mention ham. When they offered to make new ones without ham it took literally more than half an hour to bring them. Also using the spa is ridiculously expensive.

The property and restaurants are both remarkable. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. Across the board, the staff is amazing; Romaric, the concierge, and Leo, the bartender, were standouts among an excellent team.

Beautiful hotel situated high up above Honfleur. Beautifully designed rooms. Great food. All in all a wonderful holiday. I would recommend the superior rooms with walk in shower and steam shower.

We had a most wonderful lunch here. We were a group of 18 and had lunch in a separate building. It was a lovely menu and great wines

Lovely old hotel with great staff, modern comfortable rooms, fantastic restaurant on site. Our rooms had great sea views, steam showers md great beds.

What a wonderful place! We had a lovely stay, but are only giving it four stars rather than five for a few reasons: 1. We ate at La Boucane on the second night of our stay. Although the food was very tasty, the starter took 45 minutes to arrive and was cold which was very disappointing. 2. The turning down of our room was patchy! Sometimes the water was refreshed when empty, sometimes it was not. Same with the tissues. And although we left towels hung up to try to save on washing, it looked as though they were replaced more often than not. Which was the same with our dressing gowns. 3. There was a light bulb out in our room, and I overheard others saying the same about their rooms. This is a such a simple fix; I’m not sure why it was not picked up. These are minor points. Overall, we absolutely loved Ferme St Simeon and will definitely go back!

Beautiful property. However, no soundproofing at all. Inside the rooms you can hear all the noise from the common areas as well as neighboring rooms. Staff is very pleasant and provides good service. The bistro restaurant is average and has a limited wine list.

A wonderful stay. The Hotel is beautiful and the location is perfectly situated for a day in Honfleur or a drive to Normandy or other wonderful locations. Highly recommend.
