JJRMY林小麦The location was great, just 10min from the airport with free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus was on schedule. The room was very clean and everything inside was excellent and good functional. The room was quite small for 4 people but had enough space for luggage. The bed was very comfortable. The staffs were very helpful. The breakfast began at 4am which is good for early flight travellers. The breakfast was very very good. There a lot of delicious things; bread, hot oat, salad, ham, cheese, coffee and juice. The cinnamon roll is the best!

DDr.SunshineDespite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel. My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold. I wish there had been more guidance on how to use the temperature control devices. Also, slippers were not provided in the room, and there needs to be a clear designation at the entrance where shoes must be removed. 헬싱키 출장지에서 조금 떨어져 있었음에도 불구하고 주변 경치와 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 시설 좋은 호텔에서 2주 동안 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 하지만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 온도 조절 지침과 조절 장치가 명확하지 않아 추워서 잠을 설쳤다는 것입니다. 객실 온도를 조절할 수 있는 장치의 활용법에 대한 충분한 안내가 있었으면 좋겠고 또한 객실에 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않았고, 입구에서 신발을 벗고 들어갈 수 있도록 구분이 필요해 보입니다.

AAnonymous UserAfter landing at the airport, head to the bus exit. There's a free shuttle bus, dark brown in color, at stands 40-42 that goes to the hotel. It has several hotel logos on its side and stops at them one by one, arriving at our hotel in about 15-20 minutes. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, with clear and fluent English, which was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-arranged, typical of Holiday Inn's high standards.

11Finn1FilipinoMe and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

GGuest UserThe place is incredibly nice, it’s a pity that I checked in at 10pm and leave at 5am the other day, but the design is modern and beautiful, the environment is chill, and I am so impressed that since I left in the early morning and they can provide breakfast at 4am, also I’m so impressed they use Rituals… for shampoo, shower gel, hand washing and body & hand lotion:) After all, since it’s a very short stay, but the experience is excellent and impressive, definitely a great choice for you to stay

GGuest UserThe distance is very close. There is no self-service check-in. The environment is not bad. There are shared bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens. You need to bring your own ingredients. The price is high and it is only about 1.5 kilometers away from Vantaa Airport. It is very cost-effective for those who want to travel for a short time or transfer. It's like living in a semi-forest! The heater is not very warm and the temperature is a bit low. I don’t know if the cold spot will be higher!
