I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new.
The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously.
Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy.
Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that!
I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

I want to experience a tranquility on a business trip alone, and fate makes it possible to choose Guanshan. There was no special feeling before parking, until I opened the door and felt like going home. The boss also prepared fruit intimately, and also made tea entertainment 😁.
The whole house is decorated very carefully, and the health issues that are most concerned are also very satisfactory. In the morning, the boss's mother also helped to make a hearty breakfast. 😊
The overall experience is very good, there is a large platform on the top floor, and friends gathering or company small group building can also consider coming here.

Visited the Liangzhu Cultural Site for two days. Although the hotel is a little far away, it is still convenient to drive! The hotel environment and facilities are complete and comfortable, the service is warm, and the breakfast is rich!

Very good hotel. I also stayed at Mehao Lizhi when I went to Xi'an before. Now it is very cost-effective to travel in the off-season. The restaurant buffet is also very suitable for the taste, light but tasty, not greasy or salty. The room is comfortable and the service is good. It is only a 30-minute walk to Longshezui Wharf of Xixi Wetland Park. It is also close to Hangzhou, and it is convenient to take a taxi, bus or subway. Next time I will choose Mehao Lizhi.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location, it's very close to a big mall and on the forth floor was a good place to play pool. The public area was very relaxing the swimming pool isn't that deep but still a good place to relax and sunbathe. The room was very nice and clean, the record player is a nice touch. The service was a little slow but overall it was a great experience.

The owner of the hotel I stayed at yesterday has great taste.
The room has a special atmosphere. The fallen leaves outside the French window are floating down, and the room is warm and beautiful. I especially like this maple leaf coffee table. There are many books on the bedside table. The books are very good. I didn’t play with my phone much at night. I was busy reading books (). Including the toothbrush and comb in the bathroom, they are all of good quality. They are made of wood and recyclable. There is a special note on the packaging asking for take away. There is also a cat in the store. When I came back at night, I saw the cat lying on the front desk chair and sleeping soundly. It was so cute!

Arriving at the hotel, someone immediately directed us and told us that because it was International Wetland Day that day, tickets to the wetland park were free, so we went for a free tour of the wetland park while waiting for the room to be cleaned. The hotel is close to the wetland park and Impression City, which is convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel waiters have a good attitude and will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The hotel's ecological environment is also very good, and you can see squirrels and birds in the early morning. This time the hotel also gave me a travel photo, which I was very satisfied with. The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

The housekeeper Jamie contacted me in advance and arranged everything very well, including turning on the heating in the villa in advance and booking the golf course. Very attentive. At the same time, the projects arranged by the hotel are very meaningful, especially the overall introduction of the hotel and the tour of the classic golf holes at dusk. I really felt the unique design concept and advanced management style of Fuchun Villa. In addition, the golf course is very beautiful and challenging, and it is worth coming again.

KKerryKKKKThis is my second time to see Xixi. You will have different views and experiences when you come at different times. This time I found that all the service staff have changed into Chinese work clothes. The windows in the room and the balcony leading to the outside have added a layer of screens. The overall feeling of the room is much cleaner than the last time. However, due to the large area of the room and mostly solid wood furniture, the cleaning and maintenance costs should be very high. Some details are difficult to be perfect. The breakfast Pianerchuan is as delicious as always. The dishes in the buffet are also very good, but the single-order pastries are not so good. It is recommended to change them. In addition, I would like to thank the big boy from Northeast China, Kris, for answering my questions enthusiastically and patiently since I booked the room, and then took me and my family to visit the room in advance to choose the appropriate room type, and carefully arranged mosquito repellent for the room. This time I really didn’t get bitten by mosquitoes at all. I suggest that if you have any questions or uncertainties, you can directly call the hotel front desk.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.

3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.

Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! As thin as paper! Jinjiang has always said that after so many generations of product upgrades, what is their use? The basic problems are not solved! ! ! It’s useless to upgrade for another 100 generations! ! !
