Very satisfied! The environment is beautiful, and the service is attentive and warm! It's a great place to relax!

The service was great! The 'hotel manager' would come by to 'greet' us every day during our two-night stay. On the first day, he was waiting on the balcony shortly after we checked in. I wasn't prepared and ended up giving him some beef from my bag. On the second day, I was woken up by some strange meows – the manager's voice was not pleasant to hear! I offered him the Moon Crescent Seafood feast I had specially packed for him, and he absolutely loved it, especially the shrimp. He wasn't too fond of the Beef Wellington though; this manager has very particular tastes! And he's incredibly smart! He knew we hadn't finished feeding him and was sound asleep on the balcony. He only wiped his mouth and left once we were done (so pragmatic!). On the third day, I packed him some food from Xin Rong Ji – truly the best-fed little cat. He was waiting again as soon as I woke up. He loved the yellow croaker, gobbling it down. And just like before, he wiped his mouth and left immediately after eating! Overall, the hotel environment is excellent and very secluded (I expected a lot of mosquitoes but it was surprisingly fine). There are also many cute cats. This 'manager' added so much fun to our stay. If I come back next time, I'll bring lots of cat food and treats!

The hotel's garden design is outstanding. Despite being in the busiest part of Xixi National Wetland Park, it's incredibly quiet; you can't hear any noise from the rooms, which made for excellent sleep every night of our vacation. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery, with all rooms situated right by the Xixi wetlands, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a picturesque scene of a Jiangnan water town.

The room was fantastic, with sliding doors in various areas that were perfect for pets, so I didn't have to worry about them running out when I opened the door. The lake view twin suite had an excellent living room view with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. You could easily spend a whole day just relaxing on the sofa and gazing out. My only minor issue was not finding any power outlets near the living room desk and sofa, which was a bit inconvenient for charging phones. The hotel has many stone pathways inside, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're using a stroller or wheelchair. Overall, a great experience, and I hope to visit again!

A hidden gem within Xixi Wetland! The detached villa offers stunning green views right from your window, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that are incredibly soothing. The butler service is super attentive, breakfast is exquisite, and the Zen atmosphere is truly immersive. An absolutely incredible vacation experience!

The environment is great, and those who appreciate a hidden gem in the city will love it. The staff's service attitude is excellent, and breakfast is also decent. However, the hotel's stone paths are really inconvenient for guests with large luggage; it felt like a 10-minute workout just to reach the front desk. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights and changed rooms 3 times. The tatami room had a musty smell, possibly due to the rain. The headboard had a slatted wooden window that didn't close tightly, so light sleepers would be woken up by the morning sun. After changing rooms, I got what seemed to be a lake view suite, which was not a duplex and felt quite small, especially the bathroom. In the mornings, the noise of luggage being dragged outside made it impossible to sleep. After the second room change, I just didn't want to bother moving again. All in all, thanks to the exceptionally good attitude and service of the hotel staff, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to stay in this buggy hotel at all. The value for money is really low, and I won't be returning. I didn't even bother to take pictures of the rooms.

The hotel offers great privacy, and the butler service is excellent, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

Due to the Spring Festival travel restrictions, getting to the hotel turned out to be unexpectedly troublesome... We had to drag a ton of luggage across cobblestone paths and then take a 30-minute boat ride to finally reach the hotel. The transportation connections definitely need improvement! However, thankfully, good things come to those who wait. The hotel's service and scenery were both excellent, and the food was also delicious, especially the swamp prawns – I absolutely loved them!

This hotel is excellent in all aspects. It perfectly balances comfort with an authentic, natural experience, and it's incredibly quiet at night. The service team is outstanding, offering round-the-clock assistance for guests with mobility issues. Unlike large luxury chain hotels with hundreds of rooms, this hotel does a much better job of catering to individual needs. I'll definitely be back for future holidays. The noodles at the restaurant are excellent. Plus, the fruit platter and mini-bar were an absolute surprise – not only did they unusually offer soda water and sugar-free Coke, but there wasn't a single item I disliked. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where that's been the case!
