My flight was early and wanted to early as possible as could be, thus I chose to sleep at the Hayatt Place Hotel in Hangzhou Airport. The service rendered from the door portal to the check in counter was superb! The door man was welcoming and assisted me with my luggage. The gentleman at the check in counter “Mr Lurk” was professional, spoke English and could get me through the process of checking in quite quickly. The cleanliness/tidiness and overall aesthetics was on point, classy, environment friendly and presented a relaxing ambiance! The entrance was inviting and assists was 100% full on. The room was heated immediately once I entered the room. The bedding was very clean and including the bathroom as well. There were no carpet stains nor clogged and chloride stains in the bathroom. It was top notch clean! Well done on it. The important amenities were in place and accessible. I am very impressed by the overall design and relaxing environment of the hotel in general. Thank you! I will definitely come again. Greetings

The newly opened hotel is located in the T4 terminal, in the same parking lot as the airport. Turn right when you go out of the hotel and you will find the departure entrance of T4. It is very friendly to people who have early flights. The hotel rooms are large in size, very hygienic, and soundproofed very well, making your stay very peaceful. There are also many breakfast categories, and the meals are online. Sara at the front desk is very helpful and friendly, thumbs up!

Stayed for one night due to transfer flight. Hotel is located within the airport complex but it was hard to find - perhaps because it is not on Google maps. Supposedly there is a shuttle bus but no clear information on how to go. Ended up taking Didi and paying 1 USD for the ride which seems stupid. But overall the hotel is clean, big and well amenities for it's price. They have morning shuttle hourly to the airport from the hotel.

The straight line distance from the airport is 3 kilometers, and the driving needs to detour 11 kilometers. It is too close to the airport. The plane is loud and dense. If you mind, you still live far away. The staff was very welcoming and gave breakfast coupons. Although there were not many varieties, there were no other shops near the hotel, and you could also eat fried dough sticks and porridge. The room is small and the equipment is a bit old, but the bath water is large and comfortable.

Transport from hotel to airport was a life saver Hotel is very close to airport, room was very big for the price, and actually super clean Breakfast was the weakest part of the experience as the bread was really dry But overall very huge value for money
