The hotel's location is perfect! It's right next to Wulin Night Market, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to West Lake. Parking is also convenient, and the service was great; they upgraded me to a family room. Breakfast was filling.

This hotel was a random pick, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise at every turn! First off, I have to praise the soundproofing. Even though my room faced the street, it was incredibly quiet at night – a dream come true for light sleepers. For those driving, parking is a huge plus; you can park right when you arrive, no wasted time searching. I also easily took care of my dirty laundry from my business trip using the laundry room, and being able to wear clothes straight after drying was super convenient. Plus, invoicing was instant, and I even received a warm bottle of water when checking out. The entire experience, from check-in to departure, was incredibly smooth. I've already recommended it to my friends!

This hotel is incredibly convenient, right in the city center. Downstairs, there's a night market, making it super easy to grab a bite to eat. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the room was clean and tidy. Next time I'm in town, Atour will definitely be my first choice again.

Perfect location to the night market. You can even walk to west lake if u wanna slow scroll the and explore the area. Hotel staff are friendly and assisted me to call the spa for queries as i dont have local number. They also help receive my parcel when i have yet to arrive, they will assist with my laundry so we can rest the night. Supper was free too.

My friend recommended this hotel for my trip to Hangzhou. It's super close to Wulin Night Market, so you step out and you're right in the thick of the action! The neon signs create such a great atmosphere, and there are so many snacks and little trinkets that you just can't stop exploring. The location is absolutely top-notch 💯. It's also conveniently located near attractions; West Lake is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel environment is nice, and the room facilities are decent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries are provided. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. There were guests chatting loudly at night, which meant I didn't get a good night's sleep and it affected my plans for the next day.

Great location, right next to Wulin Night Markets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern and clean room with good reception. They serve free congee, donuts, and other dishes every night which was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a local gift when we checked out.
