I really like this old hotel; I've been staying here for over 20 years. I always choose it when the off-season prices are good. The location is excellent, just a 100-meter walk to West Lake, and the Chinese restaurant has good food too.

The breakfast charges for children aren't very friendly, especially for those just over 120cm. Everything else was pretty good, though. It's very close to West Lake, and many conferences are held at the hotel. You can also explore Yan'an Road, Qingchun Road, Wahaha Building, the Urban Construction Exhibition Hall, and Kerry Center nearby.

A beautiful hotel, very close to the Xihu Lake. The personnel was polite and efficient. The area around is full of shops and restaurants. The only issue is that the air conditioning system is very loud, it is better to be prepared with earplugs to have a good rest.

Very convenient hotel, right next to west lake and the wulin night market! Easy to find food options and enjoy the night life! Tends to be v crowded near to the hubin area though! But overall helpful staff and nice hotel!

great location right next to night market and modern shopping mall. Good gym but needs to ask reception to open it. Nice big rooms but the hotel needs a renovation a little bit old now
