Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The location is excellent â right in the heart of downtown Buffalo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting to many of the main attractions on foot. It was the perfect base for my visit.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their helpful attitude made the whole stay feel relaxed and enjoyable.
The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, with an impressive lobby and comfortable public areas. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated having everything I needed right there in the hotel. The Starbucks in the lobby was also a very convenient bonus.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The combination of a fantastic central location, comfortable accommodation and genuinely friendly staff made this a memorable visit to Buffalo.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. Five stars! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel has complete facilities. The rooms are large. This hotel is in the center of Buffalo. The location is very easy to find. Laundry and breakfast are all available. It is about half an hour's drive from Niagara Falls.
