This hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view. Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell. After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

Bed is very convenient, the mattress remembers the body shape, for the choice of 3 types of pillows. Breakfast is just excellent, everything as in hotels 5*. Enjoyable shower gel and soap, textile is very stylish. Guests of the hotel have free entrance to the only beach in Hechek. Entry to this beach is about $200. To the beach is taken by electric car. On the hotel territory various plants with plates, it was curious to walk and study the flora. Everything is very neat and stylish. The only thing that is not quite clear is the attitude of the staff, in our room did not put single brushes and pasta (after asked, gave), and at the entrance no one greeted the first, which somehow strange for such a level of hotels. There was also a short puff near the bed. But it's a little bit.

The reception staff were especially friendly and welcoming they kindly accommodated my early check-in and were always helpful with local information and recommendations. The hotel environment and service are very new, and every staff member is very friendly and polite. Ice cream and drinks are available 24 hours a day and are delicious. The cocktails were the best we tried, but none satisfied us. There are performances every night, creating a fantastic atmosphere!

The room is good, there is a safe, an excellent shower with a large shower head, a terrace, there is a safe and the air conditioning works well. The staff speaks English, no one spoke Russian. Of the minuses: weak Wi-Fi in the common area. In general, I recommend the hotel)

We booked room for 3 people but they transfer us to villas as somebody occupied our room at first day which was literally old and full of mosquitoes , no shower,no internet,no telivision but next day they manage a room for us but it got poor internet connection. Service was good but i am not completely happy.

We stayed in July 2026 with our children and friends. We loved the on-site parking, and the lunches and dinners exceeded all expectations; everything was delicious. The rooms are a bit dated, but the location and food made up for it!

The rooms are run-down, the upholstered furniture is stained, the shower barely runs, you have to wash your hair on all fours. And this for 25,000 rubles a day. Music blares in the neighboring bars until one in the morning, if you want silence - pay extra for another room (where else?!) The food, although tasty, is meager. You have to cut off a piece of cake right away, otherwise it will be gone in half an hour. And that's usually two cakes for all the guests. TWO. No baklava. Not even pistachio. None at all. For lunch they serve sliced ​​morning bread, which naturally dried out. The coffee in the coffee machine is instant slop The air conditioning in the gym does not work There are not enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone Nothing is clear with the animation, what is where when? There is no blanket in the duvet cover in the room. Just some kind of bedspread The price / quality does not match

The hotel is a bit remote, the room is really really really small, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. Because it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are solved in the hotel, and the kids will not feel bored as long as there is water to play. There are very few Chinese people, and more Europeans and Americans come for vacation. The hotel design is very unreasonable. The elevator can only go to the 5th floor, but our room is on the 6th floor. There is a problem with the shower. Anyway, the bathroom is leaking.
