"The rooms are nice and large, with a balcony, but regarding cleanliness, all the baseboards in the shower are black, but otherwise there are towels and comfortable beds. The grounds are quite large but neglected. The showers by the pool are broken, the tables are falling apart, the only umbrellas are falling over, and most importantly, the chlorine in the two pools is off the charts. After taking a dip once, I barely managed to wash off the smell of chlorine. My children never took a dip... this shouldn't happen. The image is very different from reality. The service is excellent, the guys are trying their best. But the hotel needs renovation!!! Thank you for the welcome."

"There are no curtains in the facility. You wake up early in the morning and the bathroom is terrible, the water doesn't run, you have to wait. We didn't have breakfast. There was no toilet paper. The TV definitely doesn't work. There is no internet. It never works. We asked the staff for water and towels on the second day and they didn't give them to us. I would never recommend it and parking is definitely a big problem. I will absolutely never go to this hotel again..!!!!"

"The room faced the sea and was absolutely beautiful. The layout was very convenient. The breakfast ingredients were fresh; the salad, cheese, olive bread, and everything else were delicious. The hotel staff were warm and hospitable, especially Emirhan, who was very helpful and attentive. Before we left, he even checked our room and found the medication in the refrigerator; otherwise, we might have had to go back to get it, which would have delayed our trip. "This hotel is located on the road outside Fethiye, and its price and configuration are three-star. According to the three-star standard, it is still okay. It's a bit original: the village road and parking lot next to the hotel are all untreated dirt roads, and the hotel has no walls. It's also a little cozy: there is a small swimming pool, breakfast can be taken outdoors, and there is an open space surrounded by several houses in the hotel. The service staff seems to be from the village. It has a homely atmosphere in the countryside, and it feels good. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is basically enough. It's good for a business trip or a temporary stay for one night."

"The location is excellent, right on the commercial street, just a 100-meter walk from the beach, and the hotel's own swimming pool is fantastic. The room was a spacious suite with two bathrooms, and they even thoughtfully provided beach towels. The hotel includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a wide variety of dishes, and there's also an outdoor barbecue area. The service was lacking, however. They initially treated us like strangers, giving us a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot, filled with air conditioner outdoor units and car exhaust fumes. The smell was so strong it made us cough as soon as we opened the door, and they only changed rooms after our strong protests."

GOCEK SELYA HOTEL
"We were moved to this hotel from our original booking in Gocek. There are mainly very positive things to say about the hotel with a few niggles. First up the friendly staff are all too willing to help you with everything. The hotel and pool area are very clean and nicelyg kept. The air conditioning and wifi were superb throughout. Our main criticism would be that we book as a self catering holiday (as I say not intially here) and the individu al rooms don't have cooking facilities. It's a cummunal kitchen butg it very small cramped and too hot to cook in. Therefore, we ended up eating out every day. Also, for breakfast some cold fruit juice would have been very welcome and perhaps some cereals for children. The location is fantastic. There's a supermarket right opposite the entrance for everyday needs. A short 5-10 minute walk and you are in the busy marina area of Gocek which is just lovely, a great range of restuarants and bars. Overall the hotel was great apart from the self catering aspect. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"We loved Piramit Butik Otel. A real garden of Eden with flowers and fruit in the trees you can pick freely. Lovely quiet pool surrounded by greenery, beautiful, spacious family bedroom with lovely woodwork and our own terrace and front garden. We had our 2 sons, 13 and 15, but the main room can accommodate 3 children in 3 single beds and we had our own separate bedroom with a huge bed. The breakfast offers produce from the garden (they have a massive vegetable garden) in this lovely setting. The hotel is very well located, peaceful but at the same time in the heart of the village with plenty of atmospheric restaurants and bars. It is a perfect place to relax but also a good place to explore the area and not far from the lively town/harbour of Fethiye. Kayakoy is a beautiful village, and the old derelict greek village is walking distance. Very picturesque and unspoilt. You can wander freely around it and it is a magical place, with amazing views from the old church up the hill. Maryan (sorry if I don't spell properly) welcomed us warmly and offered advice on what to do in the area. she is from the village and speaks English very well. Her young brother looked after us for breakfast. Lovely people."

"Fantastic hotel to visit, room's cleaned on a daily basis, can not fault the hotel, staff are fabulous, especially pool bar staff, Ibrahim and Gizzy fantastic service they give, never have to wait to get a drink, and you can even have lunch an dinner at the bar. They give 100% service all the time. And currently world cup is playing, they made a night to remember with sparklers celebrating England. They make your holiday a memory not to forget. Also the restaurant serves nice rood, reasonable price and if you fancy something that aint on the menu ne nice and the chef will make you something you wish for. This was how second time staying at thee Han Delux hotel. And we are booking again for next year, we can not wait to go back, its like how second home, they treat you like there family."

"The air conditioning needs to be paid for separately (500 lira a night, and you will sweat if you don't turn it on). The bars nearby are so noisy at night that you can't sleep at all. The mosquitoes are so poisonous that you can't sleep well."
