The service was excellent. Even though it's in a new district, getting around by taxi wasn't too bad; it took about 20 minutes to reach Ankara Castle and Anitkabir. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for three consecutive nights. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, offering to carry luggage and proactively asking if I needed anything, and even brought some small treats. The facilities were very well-equipped, and the price was even a bit cheaper than what you'd find domestically, making it excellent value for money. If I ever come back to Ankara, I wouldn't hesitate to choose JW Marriott again.

The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists. Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions. Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.

The overall cleanliness is very convenient. Parking is available, but the room is relatively small. We booked a room with a sofa bed. The front desk did not arrange a sofa bed for the first check-in. The front desk took the initiative to remind us that a sofa bed could be arranged for the second check-in. Overall, I would stay here again. It is very convenient and suitable for a short stay.

The hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

The hotel is located in the very center of Ankara, with extremely easy access to all parts of the city. Starting with Ms. Ebru from the reservations team and Mr. Mustafa from the concierge, all hotel staff are highly attentive and professional. The breakfast service is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. If you choose Holiday Inn , you’ll most likely get a good service! The location of this hotel is really good: it’s a walking distance from a metro station and the old city from where you can climb to Ankara Castle - a must visit landmark. The check in was smooth and the staff were most welcoming and supportive . If you want to treat yourself to a local meal, there’s a superb kebab place right across from the hotel . The prices are great and the place is super popular among local people which means it’s amazing!

It’s pretty far to downtown but very quiet place if you are looking to somewhere rest absolutely one place you have to go! near the forest, you are waking up with birds voices, everything is very clean, breakfast is good and service is fast
