Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Albufeira

Southern Portugal definitely deserves a longer stay; it's just too beautiful! We regret only spending one night at the hotel this trip, but on the second day, we set off from the hotel to Praia da Marinha and hiked along the stunning coastline. We had lunch in Lagos and dinner in Portimão. From this, it's clear that Albufeira itself, where the hotel is located, doesn't offer much to explore. However, among all the hotels in Southern Portugal, the W is undoubtedly a top contender, offering incredible value for money, so we booked it for a comfortable stay. The room itself was flawless, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was beautiful and new, making us feel right at home. We'd definitely come back here if we're driving again. For those not driving, I'd recommend staying in Lagos or Portimão instead.

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Die Apartment sind groß, neu eingerichtet, der Rest der Anlage nicht so schön, man kann erkennen, dass das die Unterkunft sehr alt ist und trotz teilweise Reservierung immer noch unheimlich viele Baustelle hat, der Pool ist sehr groß, fehlen überall die Fliesen und wird nicht richtig gereinigt, und im sehr viel Sand und Haare im Wasser oder wohl eigentlich kein Sand in der Nähe ist, Privatstrand wird angegeben, aber man kann gar nicht schwimmen, sehe Fotos. Ich war viel im Hyatt Hotels, dieses ist zwar kein Hotel, aber hat nach meiner Meinung nix mit Hyatt Qualität nichts zu tun, da geht noch ganz viel Luft nach oben, wir werden diese Anlage nicht mehr besuchen, dafür ist der Preis zu hoch angesetzt..

The hotel is a great place to enjoy Portugal. We visited the restaurant RAIZ first for some amazing food. We skipped the buffet in the evening, but in the morning they have decent food available. We were doubting between this and Hilton, but were glad that we choose this place instead. It is also the first time that we tried an adult only hotel and it was a great experience. We love kids, but just adults made it a bit more relaxing.

At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

The off-season travel feeling is very good, the room is large, the breakfast is delicious

Good place to stay in the Algarve – unfortunately we ended up in a 1st floor room (ground level) facing the parking lot. Also the shower hat problems and flooded the entire bathroom and some of the hotel room. They did something to improve, but overall it seemed like bad design and still happened a little bit afterwards. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I wouldn't call it a ”Hotel & Spa” though – the spa facilities are quite limited, small and some were even out of order.

One issue that needs addressing: sun bed reservations. There’s a sign stating guests can’t reserve sun beds, but it wasn’t enforced at all. We regularly saw beds left “reserved” for hours while no one was using them, which made it frustrating for other guests trying to find a spot by the pool. The main restaurant was decent but light on options for children who don’t eat large portions. A simple plain cheese and tomato pizza (no herbs or garlic) would go a long way for fussy younger eaters. The nightly entertainment could use some work — it felt slow-paced and wasn’t very engaging. Finally, a special thank you to Carlos on reception — he went above and beyond helping me sort out an issue with my laptop during the stay. That kind of service really stood out.

Such polite staff and very helpful always smiling. Rooms are perfectly adequate and sizeable. The amenities are terrific with a fun and large pool area which is clean and gets lots of sun year round

It was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working . I complained about no air flow at the gym and was offered to have a fan there which done., i
