The room is good overall, it should have just been renovated, it is quite new and modern, that is, the room is a little smaller, and then the shower is separate from the bed, it feels weird (because the toilet and sink are alone in the place where you enter the door), it may also be because of the old house renovation. (It is said that it used to be a palace), breakfast is American, almost every day, the variety has not changed much. Good location, can walk to most attractions. The service staff was very enthusiastic. Our tour guide was waiting downstairs. She also took the initiative to tell where the bathroom was, and also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding situation. Every time she went out, she greeted her warmly.

I loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.

The hotel is beautiful for three stars. It is on foot from the beach in the resort area of Montello. Without extra charge, you can use the gym, rent bikes, get beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even after you are evicted from the room. The suitcases can be left at the reception and go to the beach. Back and able to take a shower in the shower, towels were also provided. Beverages and snacks in the rooms are free. Rooms are clean and clean, room and bathroom are spacious. There is an air conditioner. Breakfast was also good. Stayed delighted with the hotel.

A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. Our room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an equally spacious bathroom — ideal for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing. The service was impeccable: the reception staff was always very helpful, answering all our questions and providing detailed information on how to make the most of the city. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Palermo with comfort, convenience and high-level service.

This hotel is incredibly historic and full of character. I loved its style and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally nice, the kind you'd associate with old-school waiters. The location in the city center makes everything easily accessible. My only suggestion is to avoid driving. Driving in Palermo is incredibly difficult; I almost mistook the street the hotel is on for a pedestrian zone. Even though we'd spoken to the hotel by phone and they provided valet parking upon our arrival, the drive was still a daunting experience.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was that the hotel did not have its own parking lot. It went around several times. If the hotel can directly write a parking lot name, it will solve the problem.

With a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water. Drinks and food were readily available in the common areas. Sun loungers were plentiful and well-positioned. Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a decent wardrobe and space for a table, armchair, and a good TV. We slept like angels. Everything was very clean. The only truly unpleasant aspect was the persistent smell of drains, which hints at the age of the renovated building. There was always plenty of parking available, and although it's about a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Palermo, I'd say it's a fantastic and strategic location. Highly Recommended!
