(It is said that it used to be a palace), breakfast is American, almost every day, the variety has not changed much. Good location, can walk to most attractions. The service staff was very enthusiastic. Our tour guide was waiting downstairs. She also took the initiative to tell where the bathroom was, and also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding situation. Every time she went out, she greeted her warmly.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good in the city centre which is convenient to any place. The airport bus pick up point is about 5 mins walk. The staffs in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Lots of deserts in breakfast and the waiters are lovely too. It’s nice to have a drink in the top floor in the evening.

The Porta Felice Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Palermo. Its location is perfect, allowing us to explore the city's main attractions with ease. Our room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an equally spacious bathroom — ideal for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing. The service was impeccable: the reception staff was always very helpful, answering all our questions and providing detailed information on how to make the most of the city. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Palermo with comfort, convenience and high-level service.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was that the hotel did not have its own parking lot. It went around several times. If the hotel can directly write a parking lot name, it will solve the problem.

With a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water. Drinks and food were readily available in the common areas. Sun loungers were plentiful and well-positioned. Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a decent wardrobe and space for a table, armchair, and a good TV. We slept like angels. Everything was very clean. The only truly unpleasant aspect was the persistent smell of drains, which hints at the age of the renovated building. There was always plenty of parking available, and although it's about a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Palermo, I'd say it's a fantastic and strategic location. Highly Recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to many attractions, very close to the street of the Grand Theater, the facilities are relatively new, and the experience of staying is good. There is only one option when booking, which is a single room for one person. After arriving at the hotel, you have to pay an additional 40 euros per night for the second person staying. Close to the road, you can hear the sound of motorcycles at night. Others are fine.

I do not recommend going to Palermo at all. All hotels at the beach there are old((and this hotel too. I haven't rested in such old hotels for a long time. The only thing that saved this room was the view of the sea. But it was also darkened by the fact that we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant partially overlaped the review. It was necessary to walk about 1 km to the beach. But the views and nature of the hotel are really beautiful! Waves breaking about stones, flowers, mountains. Water color 😍 It is necessary to say that the room was not cheap at all. We paid $224 a night. While, for example, in Finland or Poland, we lived in rooms for $100, which were much better than that. Also, because we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant blocked us the view of the sea, so every evening, When people came to the restaurant for dinner, we were forced to listen to this gallege, noise for 3 hours. The only thing that was good at this hotel was its staff. Always very kind and smiling. They brought us to the room the tug as soon as I asked. At the end of the stay we were ordered a taxi and printed tickets for the plane. However, at the beginning, before our arrival, there was a strange situation on the respiratory. Somehow at 11 a.m. the manager took our passports and said he would give them only at 8 p.m. Why does he have our passports for such a long time? Usually they are just copied and returned immediately. I wanted to rumor already. But when I offered him the copies I made in advance, he returned our passports. Breakfasts were delicious, the Swedish table. The water temperature in the shower changed on its own. It was never possible to be sure it would be constantly warm. It became cold, hot on its own. It is not convenient to wash. Renovation, carpets, furniture - almost everything in this hotel is old. Good were only staff and sea view. Thank you to staff for the warm reception! They are not guilty that the hotel needs renovation.

Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot. As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it. Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough. I would stay here again just for the location

La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo
