Great location- good service. The room was clean, and comfortable. I only stood one night, as this was a transit day for me in Palermo. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate me arriving slightly earlier than expected. The location is great for a first time visit in Palermo- just outside the Quattro Canti.

Very nice and decent hotel. It is located exactly at the center of Palermo ancient city. It is very convenient to walk to all main sightseeing sites and the central train station. The room I stay is 339, and it has a very nice balcony. Will defiantly come back.

Beautiful hotel within a short walk to all the sites you might want to see on a trip to Palermo. The hotel was lovely, and all of the staff were helpful. It is a beautiful as it looks in the pictures.

GGangyaxixiThe room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was that the hotel did not have its own parking lot. It went around several times. If the hotel can directly write a parking lot name, it will solve the problem.

Location is good- I’m walking distance from the main sightseeings. 10 minutes to the bus stop to Mondello beach. Bed is comfortable. It would be nice to have some vegetables for breakfast.

The view is picturesque, the room facing the sea is not big even if it is not big. The service is very professional and the cleaning is timely. If there is one thing that is not satisfactory, it is that there could be more choices for breakfast. However, it is understandable that we went there in the off-season.
