Travelled as a group of five, including three elderly people, and the hotel was truly amazing. They paid attention to the elderly, picked us up from the train station, and dropped us off. The bedroom was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. If you enjoy street food and history, the hotel is in the centre of it all. It is a five-minute car ride from the ancestral tree museum, and just outside the hotel, you can smell a street filled with food, fresh fruits, and vegetables. I would definitely visit again if I wanted to see the museum again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Accommodations around Yunqiushan Scenic Area are mainly homestays, with the best quality ones concentrated in Kangjiaping Village, less than six kilometers from the park entrance. Many trendy restaurants are also clustered here. However, considering that the Wannian Ice Cave and Nuoerpo Ancient Village, which I planned to visit the next day, both require a shuttle bus from the park entrance, after some deliberation, I ultimately chose the Novotel Yunqiushan Hotel located inside the scenic area. As our vehicle entered the hotel's private parking lot within the park gates, the surrounding environment immediately convinced everyone in my group that I had made the right choice. Even more delightful was the warm and thoughtful service at the front desk. Upon learning that we were travelers from afar, they directly upgraded us to a mountain-view suite for free. Opening the window revealed a lush green mountain vista, and this unexpected pleasant surprise instantly melted away the fatigue of our journey. When they heard we initially planned to find food in Kangjiaping Village, the staff immediately offered complimentary shuttle service. However, as dusk was setting in and everyone was genuinely tired from traveling, we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant instead, allowing us to rest earlier and properly refuel. Perhaps it was extreme hunger, but every dish that day tasted exceptionally delicious. It wasn't until only half a tail of the steamed sea bass was left that I suddenly remembered I forgot to take photos of the food! Fortunately, I clearly remembered the names of several signature dishes. The four of us ordered four dishes: the hotel's specialty Braised Pork Belly, aromatic Alfalfa Stir-fry with Pork, fresh and tender Steamed Sea Bass, and a refreshing seasonal vegetable dish. I was surprised by how amazing the hotel restaurant's culinary skills were. The Alfalfa Stir-fry with Pork was perfectly savory and well-seasoned with plenty of ingredients. I had worried that the steamed sea bass in a northern hotel wouldn't be as good as those prepared by southern chefs, but after tasting it, I found the texture and flavor to be on par – fresh, not fishy, and wonderfully tender. And the Braised Pork Belly truly lived up to its 'signature dish' reputation, with a perfect balance of lean and fatty meat, soft, flavorful, and melting in your mouth without being greasy. The bill after dinner came out to just over a hundred per person, which was a truly pleasant surprise for such value for money. I genuinely recommend it to friends planning a trip to Yunqiushan! After dinner, we took a leisurely stroll along the hotel's pathway. The evening breeze in the mountains carried the fragrant scent of grass and trees, which was incredibly pleasant. Back in the room, the spacious and comfortable area, elegantly styled furniture, and a soft, skin-friendly king-size bed, combined with the unique tranquility of the mountain night, allowed us to shed all fatigue and quickly fall into a sweet slumber. Setting off for Nuoerpo Ancient Village and Wannian Ice Cave the next day, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the scenic area's shuttle bus stop was right outside the hotel, making travel extremely convenient without any extra rushing. Even more thoughtful, the hotel allowed us to check out after 2 PM, so after our visit, we could return to the room to rest and rejuvenate before calmly continuing our journey. This considerate service added even more charm to our Yunqiushan trip.

The room was spotless and tidy, and the mattress and duvet were incredibly soft and comfortable. The shower quickly adjusted to the perfect temperature and had great water pressure. There was also an air purifier in the room, so no smoky smell at all. Breakfast was good too, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Let's start with the location. This hotel is very close to Xiaoxitian Temple. We followed the manager's instructions and rode a shared e-bike there, which took about 8 minutes. Shared e-bikes are very convenient. As for the hotel's amenities, Xiaodu basically takes care of everything. The room is fully automated, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. As for the breakfast, it's a small town, so it can't compare to big hotels, but it was still good, and the wontons were delicious. As for the staff, be sure to pick up the little card they provide when you arrive; it's very helpful and personable. By the way, if you can see the manager, add him on WeChat for an even better experience. He'll send you some very helpful messages. They also have a large parking lot, and valet parking is also available, which is very convenient. Another great place, recommended by the owner, is Ma Shi Restaurant across the street. The food is delicious and generous. In short, the service is exceptional, beyond what you'd expect from a small town.

Jizhou Hotel offers an excellent overall experience, truly living up to its reputation as a local four-star hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient. The location is convenient with easy parking, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting Hukou Waterfall, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

What a coincidence, I live in the same room as last time. I like the wooden bed as always, and I can have a good sleep again😘

This time I came to Xiang Xuejia Business Travel (Luohe Landscape Bridge Longshan Road Store), and I must give a five-star. The hotel is in the center of the county, crossing the bridge is the new city, very close to the Xiang station and the surrounding places to eat, the room is intelligently controlled, the lighting and air conditioning are done in one sentence, and it is very convenient to cast screens and watch TV. The sanitary details are in place, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is no smell, the most plus point is the service: the front desk took the initiative to help choose a quiet high floor, when I continued to live, I saw that I smoked and sent a lot of throat tea, the laundry room was dryed, the breakfast buffet in the morning was hot and there were many categories, and it was very good at the same price. Recommend to friends who come to Xiang for travel or business trips.

The family room was much bigger than I expected, completely different from other hotels where they just cram two beds into one room. It felt like it used to be a suite that was converted, with two connecting rooms each having a large bed. This is perfect for families traveling with older children, as everyone gets their own space. Both rooms were very spacious, the overall decor felt quite high-end, and the cleanliness was also good. What was particularly thoughtful was that all the duvets were summer quilts – I've put up with thick duvets in other hotels for so long, so it's very considerate that this hotel thought of that. The only slight downside was that the room was at the very end of the hallway, and the hotel's layout is a bit odd; it takes a while to walk from the elevator, and dragging luggage along that path was a bit difficult. A nice touch, though, was that the hallway featured many small display cases showcasing Linfen's local culture, history, and intangible cultural heritage. This was great and made the long walk down the corridor less boring. The mini-bar in the room offered complimentary drinks, and breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, and the local beef meatball noodles were good. Parking was convenient with an underground garage right next door. They also have a gym and a laundry room, so the facilities are good, and you can even order coffee on the first floor. The only minor issue was that the floor drain in the bathroom seemed to have a bit of an odor when we first entered, but flushing water down it fixed it right up. Hopefully, they can address that.

I booked this hotel after exiting the highway; it had a 3.6 rating on Ctrip. I booked it with some skepticism, but upon arrival, it looked quite spacious from the outside, nestled against a mountain, with a large parking lot and a combined bathhouse and shower area. The room I checked was clean, though a bit old, but the hygiene was acceptable. That night, this was the only hotel in Xixian County that didn't overcharge, and they even gave me two free hot spring tickets.
