During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! The exterior is grand, but the interior is a complete mess! The bed in the room is so tight that if one person turns over, everyone else feels like they're on a boat. My husband and I were practically afraid to move, worried about disturbing our child's sleep. The bedside table was so wobbly that we didn't dare put anything on it. We contacted the hotel, and they replaced the bedside table with two decent ones, but the bed issue remained unresolved because we saw the same problem in other rooms! The floors and walls were dilapidated, and the breakfast selection and quality were worse than a budget hotel. The only redeeming quality was the smiling service from the staff, who genuinely tried to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, the hotel is just too old.
