During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. My biggest favorite was the mattress; it had just the right firmness, unlike some hotels' soft mattresses, which can cause back pain. It was incredibly comfortable for someone of our age. However, I have to mention a few details. On check-in night, when I lifted the covers, I noticed a noticeable stain on the pillowcase, which was quite disturbing. Fortunately, the guy on duty that night was very friendly and promptly replaced the pillowcase after I called him. It was handled promptly. The shower head and washbasin in the shower room are not very user-friendly for tall people. I'm 5'8” and have to bend over to reach the shower head when showering. Bending over to wash my face is also a struggle, and I'm always worried about hitting my head. If the height of these facilities could be adjusted, the experience would be much better.
