Pleasant 5 minute walk down the street to a supermarket and pharmacy. If I recall correctly there is not an elevator. We were travelling with a Gate1 group and we're happy to be booked at this hotel."

"The hotel is a gem! New, elegant, the room was comfortable and spacious, with a terrace furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying tea outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had a lovely shower with constant hot water. The staff were incredibly friendly (special thanks to Alpinè, who helped us in many ways). The cleanliness was impeccable, with high-quality linens and towels, and a full range of amenities. The real plus was the amazing breakfast! Abundant, delicious, and incredibly varied (with the addition of "treats" like pralines, pastries, and candies). A truly pleasant surprise and highly recommended."

"We drove to Goris where we checked into the Mina-Hotel. The hotel sat at the top of the hill. The main street of the city was a 25–30-minute walk downhill. Yah, we have an elevator tonight. We checked into Room 124. We had a firm king bed with just a cover laid on top of the mattress where there should have been a fitted sheet. There was a desk with an electrical outlet and a light overhead. The refrigerator was under the desk. There was no air conditioner, and the heater was not turned on. We borrowed a small portable heater from the front desk. There was no electric pot but one was provided when we asked at the front desk along with cups and saucers and fixings for coffee/tea. We had a single bed off in an alcove and we used that as a place to open our suitcases. The shower had a curtain which kept most of the water in the shower. The toilet had a very cheap plastic seat and lid, neither of which would stay in the up position."
