IL Campanario Villaggio Resort - Oficial

The hotel is really good. But they gave us a room with the air conditioner broken. We complain they said it was fixed. However, it was not. We stay the whole trip with the room fluctuating between extreme temperatures. This was a very expensive hotel to have this kind of problem!

staff was great, but rooms are dated and seem to nickel and dime for things beyond expected.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was decent but the bed was a bit too firm. I like the decor and layout of the room, with a small kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good but can use some more variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the price is reasonable.

Property is old!! Rooms and furniture are very old. Hotel needs a complete renovation.

Lovely property. Excellent pools and service. Beach access limited nice walkable mall close to property with restaurants.

A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through ******* because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Short story; I had to pay again for the hotel.
