Mongolian Yurt Homestay at Here Scenic Area, Erguna Grassland ★★★★
"Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and the variety of activities kept the kids entertained and happy. This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating. Its location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently. Our room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bed was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Overall, the value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in town and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area."
Guna Right River Bank Holiday Villa ★★★★
"This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying accommodation I experienced during my trip to Hulunbuir. As a guesthouse, it genuinely outperforms many 5-star hotels in Hailar. Some might argue that in smaller towns, one shouldn't be too demanding and simply expect basic cleanliness. However, in the service industry, true excellence stems from a genuine desire to do well and a commitment to putting in the effort. There are no other excuses; dedication makes all the difference. From the moment we stepped into the guesthouse building, we were impressed. Each small villa spans 3-4 floors with two rooms per floor, complete with an elevator. The space is clean, minimalist, and bright. Security is excellent, with double protection from building access control and room key cards. We stayed on the 2nd floor and didn't hear a single disruptive sound, day or night – no shouting, no footsteps, no doors opening or closing – even though the guesthouse was fully booked. It was only at breakfast the next morning that we realized there were quite a few children in our building, which speaks volumes about the incredible soundproofing; it's better than many well-known domestic hotel brands. I truly had a fantastic night's sleep. It's rare for guesthouses to provide in-room telephones, and even the 5-star hotels in Hailar we stayed at didn't have one. So, seeing a guest room phone was a welcome sight – it means your needs can finally be addressed promptly. For a truly good hotel or guesthouse, the price reflects not just the hardware facilities but also, significantly, the service and the overall feeling of being cared for as a guest. Their welcome fruit selection was also incredibly thoughtful. It included premium items like jasmine grapes and cherry plums. Jasmine grapes are a family favorite, and we were genuinely surprised and delighted to find them on the fruit platter! Next time we visit Hulunbuir, we will absolutely choose Gu Na You An again."
Ruiting Holiday Hotel ★★★
"okkkkk"
Wanting Deep Breath Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel facilities are new, clean, and the environment is excellent. Breakfast is also very rich. The hotel service is even more incredibly thoughtful: we left something behind, and the hotel directly arranged for someone to send it to our hotel in Enhe. 👍 So touched 🥹"
Ergun Guna International Grand Hotel ★★★★
"This hotel is quite large and looks nice from the outside, but the room had a terrible formaldehyde smell, it was unbearable. The cleanliness was also appalling; the sheets and pillowcases were stained and had hair on them. When I called the front desk, they hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. In the end, they only changed the pillowcases, explaining that all their bedding sets were sent out for washing, and the people who changed them were just temporary hires? The implication is that it's all the fault of temporary workers… Also, the parking lot was broken; you could only park at a corner after a traffic light, which was inconvenient. In short, I wouldn't recommend it."
Erguna yurt tour Duoduo Inn ★★
"Overall it's good, the location is a bit remote, I thought it was on the grassland, but it's not, there are only 6 yurts in total. The boss is very enthusiastic and the room is clean."
Ergun Right Bank Mountain House Hotel (Ergun Wetland Scenic Area) ★★★★
Grand Hotel Erguna ★★★★
"Overall, it was pretty good. The staff were very welcoming and provided lots of helpful guidance. The location was also good, and the facilities were decent. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the chef's cooking was excellent, and everything was delicious 😋. I saw that this hotel was renovated in 2024, but the wooden furniture looks really cheap, and there's a strong smell that even keeping the window open all night couldn't get rid of."
Muyunyi Homestay ★★

Heishantou Wetland Holiday Hotel
"Located between Ergun and Heishantou, close to the wetland, this Russian-style manor hotel has a beautiful environment. Guests staying at the hotel can visit the wetland for free and go boating on the Genhe River. The scenery is breathtaking. The hotel is very close to the Heishantou Horse Farm. If you make an appointment one day in advance, you can rush there the next day without worrying about traffic jams. The hotel has no elevator, the facilities are a bit old, and the service is average, especially the breakfast, which is enough to fill your stomach."
Guna International Enhezhou Sea Garden Hotel
"Environment: The newly built hotel is very spectacular, and it feels like a five-star hotel. The room is slightly new and decorated, within acceptable range. The view outside the window is good. It is very close to the county road of X904, so you don't have to go back. You can go directly to Shiwei or Heishantou Wulan Mountain and other attractions. Facilities: The decoration materials feel solid. The separation of dry and wet is particularly good, so that if two people live in a bath and go to the toilet, it will not affect each other. The two-meter bed is very healing for the tired body! Service: The waiter is very enthusiastic! The breakfast is delicious, clean and hygienic than many star hotels, that is, the black pepper willow is perfect if it is not so hard, it is recommended that the meat can be made in advance. Buffet dinner: It's a pity that I didn't catch up too late. Hygienic: The water in the hotel is a bit yellow. I don't know if it is normal or the water has risen in the past few days. I didn't dare to drink it. I used my own mineral water to brush my teeth."
Ergun City Hei Shan Tou Ye Ma Wu Jiang Tian Bian Guesthouse
"The stay was pretty good. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The yard was fun with lots of small animals, and it offered great value for money. You could even feed the lambs! The facilities were also excellent; this guesthouse was the only one on our trip where our whole family could shower without waiting. We had a very comfortable stay."
Moerdaoga Senlin Shuchao Hotel
"This was the worst experience of my trip. I was furious that after carefully choosing this place, I was given a cold shower. Also, when I politely asked the owner about formaldehyde issues on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) without being a guest, I was inexplicably met with a sarcastic remark. So, I'm writing this short post. It's really easy to tell if a guesthouse is run with care. No matter how fancy the decor, it can't compensate for a lack of attention to guests. 1. In all the guesthouses I booked in Shiwei and Heishantou, the heating was on when I entered the room. This one was ice cold. Even after running the air conditioner for an hour, it still didn't warm up. It was unbearably cold. Later, when someone came to deliver something, I casually asked, and they told me there was underfloor heating. The switch was in a corner that was impossible to notice. It took another hour for the underfloor heating to heat up. 2. The bathroom smelled terrible as soon as I entered the room. And it was the first time I'd encountered a bathroom without toilet paper. For over 1000 yuan a night, how can I trust that they can keep the place clean? 3. The most outrageous thing was that the shower water temperature only reached a maximum of 37 degrees Celsius. Anyone with a slight fever would have to take a cold shower, but after walking all day, my legs were sore and I still wanted a bath. My boyfriend boiled water in the electric kettle, but there was no hot water, so I just soaked in it anyway ಥ_ಥ… There must be a problem with the facilities. At 9 pm, the water was only 37 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, but the next morning it reached 41 degrees Celsius. Also, they said they would provide coffee, but they were so stingy that they charged an extra 4 yuan for a latte instead of an Americano. Seriously, nobody cares about the price of a cup of coffee; you can choose not to provide it or not. The main problem is that the guesthouse service was really ridiculous ( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ ). Also, we arrived during off-peak season, so it wasn't due to the National Day holiday being too busy that this happened."
Erguna Heishantou Mingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay
"The new generation of yurts 😆 The rooms are quite spacious, the toilets are clean and tidy, and the water pressure is good, which is so important in the small town of Heishantou!! There's parking, and no gnats! I finally got to stay in a clean and unique yurt~"
Glorina Select Hotel
"Although Shiwei is a small town, it's truly lively and unique. This hotel, located in the very heart of the bustling city, was a delightful surprise. Environment: The environment is superb. Situated in the center of a charming street, it's right next to the famous Sofia Hotel, and a short walk away leads to a paradise for food and shopping. Facilities: The room is simply yet stylishly decorated with a nice color scheme, and the headboard background doesn't feel monotonous. The room's ceiling is incredibly high; I think I've never seen such a high ceiling before, creating a spacious feel. Cleanliness: The towels and bath towels were a bit worn, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary set of disposable toiletries. The bathroom is small and has an outdated layout; I haven't seen a bathroom with a combined shower and toilet in a long time. Service: The service was excellent. The front desk staff were always there to greet us, ask if we needed anything, and proactively offer various services. They provided a complimentary set of toiletries along with a souvenir. When I mentioned wanting a larger bed, they upgraded me to a larger room without hesitation. I was very satisfied with my stay. It must be said that although Shiwei is a small place, it is a must-pass place for border tourism and is very exotic. It is a place that you will want to come back to again and again. Good hotel service can attract customers to visit again."
Erguna Never-Setting Sun Manor (Heishantou Town Branch)
"Highly recommend this hotel! As soon as I arrived, a friendly staff member proactively helped me with my luggage, which was very thoughtful. The front desk attendant was attentive and efficient, checking me in quickly. She also provided detailed information about the hotel's partner pastoral tourism activities and even helped me get discounted tickets, making the experience incredibly good value for money. The room was clean and tidy, ensuring a very comfortable stay. What's more, they gave us lovely complimentary souvenirs both at check-in and check-out. All these warm and thoughtful details really added to the experience. Overall, it was an excellent trip, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."
Yenisai Manor
"A very distinctive homestay, a wooden building, convenient parking downstairs, the owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to take the luggage to the room upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, except that the sound insulation is a little poor and the shower water is small. The price-performance ratio is really high at less than 200 yuan."
Nalan Hotel (Ergun Hasar Square)
"After a day of exploring the grasslands, we found a wonderfully comfortable and clean hotel to rest our weary heads. It was perfect for shaking off the dust of our journey. Waking up, we opened the window to the unique fresh breeze of the steppe. The service was incredibly warm and friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Their Wi-Fi speed was also impressively fast! The owner was very welcoming and provided excellent service, even giving us some helpful travel tips for our Hulunbuir trip, which really added to the experience. It’s an excellent choice for a stopover in the middle of the grasslands."
Erguna Bris Hotel
"Much better than expected, smart home, toilet, help with luggage as soon as you park, disposable towels, Dongpeng special drinks in the small refrigerator for free, welcome fruit, health looks OK. The only downside is that the paper in the paper box is large and small. In addition, the roast leg of lamb for breakfast is a piece of one person, it is really fragrant, but there are too few. I have to go for breakfast the next morning and I have no chance to eat dinner again."
Ergun Mantu Starry Sky Hotel (Ergun Wetland Scenic Area)
"We experienced a Mongolian yurt-style guesthouse in Heishantou. It was very convenient with a washing machine and private bathroom. It had a stargazing roof, so you should be able to see the stars, but it was cloudy the day we stayed and we didn't see any. The owner was incredibly kind and recommended a horse riding farm and a visit to a herder's ranch, both of which were excellent. The horse farm was very professional and offered riding lessons; the prices were also reasonable. The owner had personally compared all the options."
Gunawan Grand Hotel, Erguna City
"The experience of staying at this hotel was absolutely perfect. We drove up to the hotel and found it difficult to find a parking space. As soon as we arrived at the door, the staff approached us and enthusiastically guided us to a suitable spot. Their attentive guidance instantly alleviated our anxiety about parking. From check-in to every step, every process was a pleasant experience. The front desk was efficient, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the most thoughtful thing was the free laundry detergent, which made washing clothes while out and about much more convenient. The fragrance in the lobby was a real bonus, making it relaxing and cozy while waiting or resting. The attention to detail was remarkable. I had absolutely no complaints with this stay. The value for money was exceptional."
Yishuyang Hotel
"The best hotel in a small town, and the staff are super friendly! The female manager was beautiful and even helped our friends travelling with kids upgrade to a family room!"
Beiwei Wushidu Youth Hostel
"I stayed one night here to explore Erguna as part of my 20 day road trip across Northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. As it's nearing Chinese New Year and the Spring Festival, I was then only guest in the hostel room. I got a nice and friendly welcome from the family. The room itself is cosy and warm. I was given the sheets and made the bed myself. Not a problem with me. The showers and bathroom are in good order and the water is very warm. I am very happy with this stay. Thank you."
Moridaga Haolaiwu Homestay
"In Mordaga vacation to escape the heat. I accidentally encountered a super fairy homestay, the family and children must come. Compared with other hotels in the town, this room is huge, the area is doubled, and the bed is big and comfortable. Many of them are 1.5 meters and 1.8 meters. I went to the scene to see it. I think this price is super cost-effective. In fact, it is very cheap, very suitable for family travel, and parking is very convenient. The boss and his wife are locals, especially warm and thoughtful, very good to the guests, the best iron pot restaurant in town is also their home, eating, accommodation. Can be together, very convenient! In the case of a room. The boss they were very enthusiastic and gave a good room, the layout was really big! And the location of this homestay is very good to sleep, very quiet! highly recommended"
Jin Yimu'e Manor (Longshan Park People's Commune Iron Pot Stew)
"The bed is big, the health is good, the service is also very good, this room says to live 4 people, we have two more children equal to six people and more than enough, the boss did not because we have more people and less service, disposable toiletries are in place. The only downside is that the water heater has less water storage, everyone has to take a shower very quickly, some people wash their hair, and the next one has to wait more than half an hour. Everything else is good."
