"The stay was very comfortable overall, the check-in speed at the front desk was very fast, and the staff was gentle and polite. The room was cleaned very clean, the bed was soft and sleepy, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water was stable. The location is also convenient, you don't have to detour when you go out to eat and go shopping. The only small detail is that there are few sockets by the bed, but it does not affect the living experience at all. The price is online. I will give priority to this next time I come here."

"The service was excellent! 👍 I booked a twin room, and the hotel upgraded us to a family suite in advance. There was even a handwritten welcome card with our names on it. The room was very spacious, and the children's toiletries were all provided.
This must be the best accommodation in the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The courtyard has children's facilities like a fountain, slide, swings, and a carousel, and many kids play there in the evenings after guests return from their travels. 🛝 The air quality is also excellent.
However, breakfast was just average. It's best to go early, otherwise, there won't be much left to eat. Some guests in the laundry room were inconsiderate and used the washing machines to wash shoes, clogging them with mud. This was the only place on our entire trip where we had to hand-wash our clothes. The dryers were also in high demand.
Additionally, the on-site restaurant has limited serving hours, and late delivery orders can be slow due to limited capacity.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area! 👍"
"The best decision I made on this trip to Ergune was staying at the Guna Youan Resort Villas! It completely changed my perception of local accommodation, and I absolutely have to give it a perfect score!
The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and chic, with standalone villa houses. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the views outside – the sunset and starry sky – are absolutely breathtaking!
From booking to check-in, the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk lady even gave me a super cute hand-drawn map of the area. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a huge bonus.
Here, I truly experienced the joy of 'slow living.' The sunset is a little later here than on the 'left bank,' giving you ample time to catch the falling stars. Next time I'm in Ergune, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Hulunbuir!"
The grassland resort here features exclusive Mongolian yurt accommodations, located in the stunning heart of Hailar Beier Black Mountain Grassland. It offers panoramic, pristine grassland views and perfectly blends traditional Mongolian culture with modern hotel comforts. The resort has a large-scale cluster of distinctive yurts, with rooms equipped to high-quality standards, including private bathrooms, 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, and more, completely eliminating the inconveniences of traditional yurt stays, so you can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free rest in the vast grasslands.
"The front desk service was absolutely amazing! I added them on WeChat during check-in, and it was like having an extra tour guide. A big shout-out to the lady who helped with luggage; she even went to the main tent to pick up my elderly parents who had trouble walking. 👍
Unlimited Grass Sliding (1350m): We were among the first to go, and it was great. We managed three rides with almost no waiting.
Grassland Sightseeing Train: Very romantic, though there were quite a few bugs on the grassland, but that's unavoidable.
Bonfire Light Show: Finally, we got to set off fireworks! My husband and son had a blast with the Gatling gun fireworks. The equestrian show was also fantastic and definitely worth watching!"
"The guesthouse is located in the center of town; if you navigate correctly, it's easy to get there from the main road. We took a wrong turn the first time and ended up on a side road. It's actually very close to town and convenient. The detached family-friendly rooms are a godsend for families traveling together – you don't have to worry about disturbing others, and the kids have plenty of space to play. The sun-drenched wooden cabins are clean and comfortable, and the room facilities are all quite good. The owner is very welcoming ❤️🔥 and even gave us two bottles of her signature drinks as souvenirs when we left. Highly recommended!"
