"This is a very thoughtful hotel. Upon check-in, we were given a full bag of fruit, dairy products, and sweets. The room was very clean, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff patiently answered our travel questions and even took us to see the sunset. The breakfast was very rich, with fresh ingredients. The milk and millet porridge was delicious, and the hot and cold dishes and sausages were all tasty. Overall, I was very satisfied. If I return to Ergun on my return trip, I will stay here again."

"The service was excellent! 👍 I booked a twin room, and the hotel upgraded us to a family suite in advance. There was even a handwritten welcome card with our names on it. The room was very spacious, and the children's toiletries were all provided.
This must be the best accommodation in the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The courtyard has children's facilities like a fountain, slide, swings, and a carousel, and many kids play there in the evenings after guests return from their travels. 🛝 The air quality is also excellent.
However, breakfast was just average. It's best to go early, otherwise, there won't be much left to eat. Some guests in the laundry room were inconsiderate and used the washing machines to wash shoes, clogging them with mud. This was the only place on our entire trip where we had to hand-wash our clothes. The dryers were also in high demand.
Additionally, the on-site restaurant has limited serving hours, and late delivery orders can be slow due to limited capacity.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area! 👍"
"The best decision I made on this trip to Ergune was staying at the Guna Youan Resort Villas! It completely changed my perception of local accommodation, and I absolutely have to give it a perfect score!
The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and chic, with standalone villa houses. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the views outside – the sunset and starry sky – are absolutely breathtaking!
From booking to check-in, the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk lady even gave me a super cute hand-drawn map of the area. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a huge bonus.
Here, I truly experienced the joy of 'slow living.' The sunset is a little later here than on the 'left bank,' giving you ample time to catch the falling stars. Next time I'm in Ergune, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Hulunbuir!"
The grassland resort here features exclusive Mongolian yurt accommodations, located in the stunning heart of Hailar Beier Black Mountain Grassland. It offers panoramic, pristine grassland views and perfectly blends traditional Mongolian culture with modern hotel comforts. The resort has a large-scale cluster of distinctive yurts, with rooms equipped to high-quality standards, including private bathrooms, 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, and more, completely eliminating the inconveniences of traditional yurt stays, so you can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free rest in the vast grasslands.
"The room was spacious with a grassland view right outside, which exceeded my expectations. Hot water was provided by an electric kettle, so you had to wait about half an hour for one person to shower, which is understandable in a grassland setting. The only downside was that the toilet drainage wasn't very smooth. They gave us tickets for a horseback riding show, a train ride, and grass sliding, all of which were quite good. There was also a bonfire party in the evening."
"Full five-star recommendation of this characteristic wooden house hotel! The single-family wooden cabin has a full atmosphere, and the whole house is decorated with logs. You can smell a faint wood fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The decoration is exquisite and there are forest characteristics.
Our family of five stayed in, the space was extra spacious, it was not crowded at all, adults and children could move freely, and the activity area was sufficient and not cramped. Children especially like the fairy tale sense of the wooden house. They strolled around and played as soon as they entered the house, and they were so happy that they couldn't stop.
The bedding is soft and clean, it is very comfortable to lie down, driving all the way, and sleeping at night. The location is also very convenient, there are many restaurants around the hotel, it is especially convenient to go out for food, no need to go around the road to find food.
The overall stay experience exceeded expectations. Friends who want to experience the characteristic wooden houses in the forest area and the whole family can rest assured to choose!"
