"I stayed 2 nights at this hotel Days inn downtown Edmonton . The check in was good I was checked in by an employee named vic I think . He was a very professional and positive person. The room was big and the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was of ok size . The WiFi worked well . The aircon unit did not work well and the room was a little charm because of that . Luckily you can open a window partially . Parking was available for $10.50 per day and was good and safe . Some of the interactions with other staff was good including tie cleaning staff . I asked some questions from other front desk staff and they ware not so friendly and uninterested it seemed in their work . Overall if you get a good price on this hotel it’s ok for 1 or 2 nights . Location is good ."

"When I got into the hotel, the ambiance was cozy and nice. I love the elegant old style look. The security will greet you as soon as you come in and the receptionists were helpful. When we went to our room, t'was a little small for a two full bed suite. There were only 2 pillows each bed and there's no microwave oven nor refrigerator. There's only 1 bath towel as well so me and my spouse had to wait for it to dry up a lil bit before we can use it again. They have a "public parking" at the hotel but you have to pay $25/night and it's my first time to encounter paying for hotel parking where you're booked. It was not a bad stay and overall, i'll give it a 3.5/5.😊"

"The staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and convenient, but the parking fee of CAD 45 per day was unpleasant! Furthermore, valet parking was required, and there was a significant wait time to retrieve the car. The room felt small and the facilities were somewhat old, but thankfully it was clean. Distilled water was not provided, but it could be used for a fee. You also had to ask the staff for hot water. After staying two nights, the toilet wouldn't flush on the second night. It turned out that a broken part in the water tank had damaged the water tank, rendering it ineffective."

"The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by hotels and shopping malls, with Walmart right behind it, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel offers both ground-level and underground parking, making parking convenient, especially in winter. The hotel service was excellent. Upon arrival, we were given a breakfast coupon. Breakfast options included eggs Benedict and an English breakfast, which were delicious and filling. The room was well-equipped and very user-friendly. It came with a microwave and refrigerator, and the cleanliness was excellent. I would definitely stay again."
