The direct link to west mall is the first choice for the main purpose of mall. There is no breakfast, but you can eat it in the mall. The two lived in a room that can accommodate six people, two queens, and one bunk bed. Good for family travel. There is no problem with bedding hygiene.

The hotel is just strategically located and convenient for shopping. Nothing else is good! The rooms are outdated, the sanitation is average, the service attitude is not good, there is no feeling of a star hotel at all! You can't get good floors and rooms when you book on Ctrip! Strongly not recommended. No airport shuttle! It’s almost 48 kilometers to the airport, and it takes about 300 to take a taxi?

The hotel is nice, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The hotel is attached to the West Edmonton mall and its water park, which I believe is a large reason why people would stay at this place. Being a theme hotel attached to a water park I assumed that it would be mostly families, but the floor I was on was filled with extremely loud parties, which went on until 5:30am, so we didn't get much sleep. Secondly we asked to buy waterpark tickets at the front desk, and they gave us a hard time that we had purchased our room through ******* instead of buying direct. They offer discounts on water park, but not if you buy the room through *******. Which is fine, but if the hotel does not want people purchasing through *******, it should not list with *******. I have been scammed in the past booking direct (or what I thought was direct) and ******* is a safe option. So that was disappointing. I was excited about setting up this experience for my family, the place was nice, but overall it was disappointing.

Stay was just verall good. We were able to upgrade to a theme room onsite and enjoyed the jacuzzi as it was -38 outside. My friend is GF and there options were very limited for room service which was really disappointing. The nachos are marked GF but they deep-fry the chips in the same oil as other foods so it's contaminated.
