The check-in and check out was super easy! The free airport shuttle was super helpful as well. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of food items. The gym was small and cramped but luckily not occupied. The surrounding area had a diner and a gas station with a Mexican restaurant attached.

This is the perfect budget hotel for a Denver layover. Has a Diner next door that closes at 9pm. McD is only a 6 min walk.
They have free shuttle to the airport.
Will I stay again, yes for sure.

We waited at the airport for a couple hours before getting a Lyft because the hotel shuttle is not marked Ramada. We called the bottle multiple times- no answer. Called the corporate office only to receive assistance the 3rd time that the shuttle we had seen 2-3 times was for Ramada. I think it said Western something, black van.
We in flights all day and finally got to the hotel. No one was at the front desk. A young lady comes from the back once we walked in. She said they had been busy all day when I inquired about no one answering the phone. I didn’t believe it. We got to the room… There was hair and other things (unknown) when the blanket was pulled back on one of the beds. Asked for new bedding, didn’t receive everything. Only sheets, no blanket and I didn’t feel like dealing with her again. The room was clean and breakfast was good- service was lacking and as well as cleanliness.

Didn't get the King suite as I paid for, two queens, they keyed another person for the same room at 12:30 AM, staff had not showed up to work checking in was a nightmare as was getting direction for finding airport shuttle. The room was clean and atleast I got a room to sleep in as their computer system had also gone down, hand Witten notes unable to process credi cards, nightmare before you went to sleep.
