"Facilities: The access card was a bit cumbersome, sometimes failing to open the door. There was no heated swimming pool, and the pool could be cleaner. Free breakfast was provided every evening: chocolate cake, bananas, apples, delicious yogurt, coffee, and hot water – very complete. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and cleaning was prompt. Environment: Great location, very nice environment, close to Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland, the surrounding area is excellent. Service: My first check-in was very late, and they helped me check in. They even changed me to a room with all female roommates. My roommates were very well-mannered; they were quiet and polite, and everyone helped each other without disturbing one another. I really liked it."
