"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"This hotel is excellent! We do not have a single bad thing to say about it. The staff really make this place from the moment we arrived it was 5 star service! The hotel tour was exactly how I feel every establishment should be. Breakfast was unbelievable and the service always with a smile!"

"The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children."

"We stayed with a group of eight friends. The hotel has a great location and beautiful design. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, beautifully decorated, and clean. Because the hotel is a cave-style building, there's always sand on the floor. The breakfasts were delicious. Cons: We asked for twin rooms, but unfortunately, none of the six rooms had single beds. We bought a melon and asked reception for a knife. They sent us to the restaurant, but they refused to help us there either, not even offering to cut it for a fee. The hammam didn't work, the sauna was useless because it was cold, and the pool was very cold."

"The hotel left a double impression, someone liked it, someone doesn't. The rooms are small, the decoration is made by a natural stone and on an ambulance, but it is more a claim for the builders who performed the repair (or the designer). We were traveling one night, were traveling, and for some reason called the hotel Crazy House :). So let's not treat this to the shortcomings, especially as there is a magnificent terrace at the entrance to the hotel where you can relax well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet. There is a parking lot in the yard. The breakfast is excellent, especially made the impression of omlet served on the jar. In general, if you have come to see Cappadocia by car, you can stay in this hotel - you will not be disappointed."

"It is a wonderful hotel. I was very pleased with it. The rooms have wonderful outdoor and thermal indoor pools, wonderful food, very nice views and fairy chimneys in the hotel garden, which can be watched for hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it deserves the price it charges and is definitely worth seeing."

"The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about two or three kilometers away. There are many Chinese tour groups there. I had to wait until 4:00 in the afternoon to check in. The room was very large, with a good view and very clean. It was cleaned every day. There was nothing to complain about except the location. The breakfast was very rich."
