1. When we checked in, the telephone in the room was not working and there was no WiFi connection at all. I went to the front desk twice to complain. The first time, the front desk said a technician would come, but they could not tell us when. The second time, I went back again and explained that there was no WiFi and no mobile signal in the room, so it was impossible for us to stay connected inside the room. The front desk replied in a very rude and unprofessional manner, saying that this was the last available room and there was nothing they could do except wait for repair. Only after I strongly insisted on immediate action did the front desk ask their supervisor to call the technician to come fix the issue. This is a very unprofessional hotel. The room phone was broken and nobody even knew about it until guests complained, which shows the hotel facilities are poorly maintained.
2. The next morning, one of the male staff members used a key card to forcefully open our room door without knocking. I immediately followed him out and asked why he did not knock first, and what if we had been undressed inside the room. He only said “sorry” and quickly walked away. This is extremely unacceptable behavior and reflects a very poor hotel management team.
