World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. "Richmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time. I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint. The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room. All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night. One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness. The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable. While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well. The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient. Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed. I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality."

"The food was simple at the breakfast buffet but was filling. The spread provided just enough to cover different dietary restrictions. It wasn't very expansive in the selection, but what they had was indeed good. The check-in took a while, but the check-out process was very quick. There weren't enough daybeds at the pool area and there were barely any facilities left with children in the pool."

"Location - near highway, we got room 300plus fronting the hotel to the outside so a lot of noise. Room amenities- got 1 towel only for 2 pax, requested to the front desk but was not attended to. Aircon - not that cold and looks old Bathroom door has dry stains, clogged drainage and lavatory but the bathroom smell is ok. Also, it has a good running water and strong flush/bidet. Lobby felt eerie and has dark vibes The Pancit had small insect that we only later found out. Keycard is wornout. Neighboring room was noisy (loud bang when closing the door and had noises from the wall). fast wifi and Free Netflix Bed was hard and facing the door so it is bad feng shui."

"Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay."

Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean."

"The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot water worked well and it was a rain shower. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel and a Lawson a bit further away, close to the mall, just a short walk."
