"We enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is so giving 💯. Location wise,,,,it’s minutes away from the beach… The room we stayed in was spacious. I guess they just need to have their towels for their guest to have it free instead of having it rented because we are their guests anyway. (outside towels) Also, they need to have their landline checked because it was broken and we’re on the 4th floor.. good thing they have staff on that floor and we were able to request toilet paper. Overall stay was good, they just need to consider the concerns of the guests for improvement, such as their rented towels and the broken landline."

"You don’t need to leave the hotel! Everything you need is there. The best tasting food, the best and reasonably priced massages, the clearest beaches with super soft sand, and extremely friendly staff. There’s also nobody bothering you to sell you tours. The downtown part was crowded and you can’t walk 3 steps without your pathway getting blocked by people trying to sell you tours. Not at Henann Prime! In the morning you can be at the calmest beach, and in the afternoon you can be inside one of the best pools in the island. There’s food and massage services both by the pool, and in your room! You can also pay to play volleyball on the sand. It doesn’t even hurt when you fall! Overall, amazing!"

"Our stay in Calypso lasted 3 days and 2 nights, and the first thing I appreciated was the location; it’s close to the road access for e-trikes, and literally beach front so you don’t have to look far to go for a swim or start your morning stroll along the coast. They offered plated breakfast options in Sansi that had a nice assortment of Filipino silogs and interncontinental plates that I enjoyed. However, the staff can be a little careless in preparing the food. I ordered extra sausages, and one still had the plastic film around it. Reception also requires a lot of proactivity if you want your room cleaned, need a hair dryer, or your beach towels provided for. Not a huge deal personally because people in the front desk are easy to communicate with, but more effort in voluntarily doing so would have been appreciated. For the price I booked for 2 superior rooms, and the prime location, I would still say that the experience was overall pleasant with little room for improvement. Also, there’s a cute cat in the area! Make sure to say hi!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Henann Regency (despite the monsoon and typhoon during the time of our visit). The staff let us check-in earlier than scheduled because the room was ready by the time we arrived at 1:00 PM. The direct pool access is very nice, especially if you are coming with kids. They provide pitcher and water dispenser along the hallways which contributes to minimal use of plastic bottles. The breakfast buffet is also nice. There are three restaurants to choose from facing the beach, Mesa for Filipino food, HapChan for Chinese and Christina’s, which I do not recommend because of their silly policy of not allowing children to be in their restaurant (bad experience during the time of our visit, it was raining heavily and there’s no guest inside but they still told us that we could not dine in Christina’s because we have a 2 year old baby with us; they asked us to sit in HapChan and pay for the premium price of Christina’s food). Christina’s management is not under Henann but just avoid going there if you are with a family and I hope Henann will do something about this. But overall, we had a nice short trip in Boracay in a stormy season 😂"

"Had a wonderful stay at Fairways & Bluewater! The facility is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating they provided superb service and assisted us throughout our stay. Must try is the White Barn. The Pad Thai is so good!! We also loved the VIP experience with their airport pickup service. They took care of our luggage and made everything smooth and hassle-free. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday! ❤️ Thank you, Fairways & Bluewater! We’ll definitely be back! 💙🌴"

"The best hotel to stay at Boracay station 2, we are given a room beside the pool tho its far from lobby but still we enjoyed it specially the kids, staff are helpful but so sad they dont provide free tote bag anymore but still overall a satisfying and 10/10 experience staying at this 5⭐️ hotel"

"I expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel. The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.) Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored. During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.) On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅) Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference."

"We stayed here for three nights. The first room we stayed didn’t have a window (room 106). As I am claustrophobic, I asked for a different room, the front desk staff kindly accommodated my need from the second day on. It seems that they have several rooms that don’t have a window, so if you are like me, please let them know in advance. The location is convenient as it’s close to station 2. While the majority of station 1 hotels are more secluded and quiet, this hotel was never so as it’s located at the main boat station and there are tons of tourists hanging around the property. There are lounge chairs, but those are often used by the tourists who were waiting for their boat to arrive. The breakfast was mixture of Filipino and Chinese food. Different selection everyday but still ok. The room was dated but we appreciated the fridge and air conditioner. The beach mats and towels were available for free and that was also nice. The best thing about this hotel was the staff！ They tried their best to accommodate the guests’ needs. We enjoyed our stay because of them."
