The room was big enough with sufficient space for prayers, and there was also a table which was useful for eating or placing our belongings. The only downside during my stay was that the TV in my room wasn't working, and I suspect the remote battery had run out. However, I didn't bother calling for a replacement since I was only staying for a short transit. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay before or after a flight at KLIA."

The toilet area definitely could have been cleaner, and there was visible grime on the walls, which was quite off-putting. Cleanliness is a bare minimum expectation, and this fell short. Overall Summary While the pleasant demeanor of the staff is a definite positive, the lack of attention upon arrival combined with the poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned room means I left disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh and better quality control regarding housekeeping."

Everything is spotlessly clean, and the overall design is resort-style, with lush greenery everywhere. "Pros: The hotel's close proximity to the airport makes it perfect for an overnight layover. A Grab taxi from the airport cost 33 MYR and took 16 minutes. The hotel also offers a taxi service to the airport for just 30 MYR, which was even cheaper than what I paid. The ride to the airport at 5:30 AM only took 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby that are much more affordable than those at the airport. Cons: Noise was a major issue. While the occasional plane flying overhead was tolerable, the constant loud noise from the elevator was not. It sounded like someone stomping around in hard plastic shoes on a tile floor, and it continued intermittently throughout the night, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. I wonder if a room further away from the elevator would have been better."

"We chose this hotel near the airport for an overnight layover in Kuala Lumpur so we wouldn't have to stay at the airport. The price was reasonable, and it was a 15-minute taxi ride. The taxi cost 34 IDR, which is about 700 rubles. It's essentially an apartment – the room has two beds, a kitchen unit, a stove, a table, dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a TV, an AC unit, and two ceiling fans. The bathroom is basic: a small sink, a shower without a curtain and with an instant water heater, and a toilet. Everything works. The room was pretty clean. It was perfect for getting some sleep outside the airport – my wife, child, and I were all satisfied. There isn't really a reception desk; there's a security guard who helps with what to do. We picked up the room key from a mailbox, and we received the door code when we booked the hotel. They didn't take a deposit from us for a one-night stay, but if you stay for more nights, they charge a 200 IDR deposit."

The drink machine at the front desk just took our money without dispensing a drink, but the staff eventually just gave us drinks. There's a local mini-mart to the left of the entrance that only accepts cash or Visa; no other payment methods. Beyond that, there are no other shops nearby. If you want food, you'll need to order delivery or take a taxi elsewhere! There's no elevator, only stairs, so be ready to carry your luggage up. They do have a shared water dispenser, which is a plus! Our room was excessively fragrant, as if too much air freshener had been sprayed, giving me a headache. We had to leave the door open to air it out. No slippers were provided, and there was still only one trash can. The room and bathroom were small. A major point: the shower only has a rainfall head, no handheld shower! Let me elaborate on the noise: 1. The bathroom light and exhaust fan share a switch, so the noisy exhaust fan turns on every time you flip the light switch. 2. There was a loud, vacuum-like noise coming from outside the door intermittently, which continued very late into the night. It seemed constant. We later suspected it might be the sound of a water pump operating whenever someone used water. We called a taxi at 4:30 AM and still waited 5-6 minutes; it wasn't immediate. So, allow extra time for ride-hailing. It's about a 20-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur T1. Since we just needed a place for one night and the price was good, we had to accept its shortcomings. If you mentally prepare for these things before checking in, you should be fine."
