"I used it because it was a tour pickup designated hotel. English is a little difficult to understand, but you can respond friendlyly with translation apps and gestures. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and check-out. There are no shampoo conditioners, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc., so you should bring them in. Hot water comes out, but the water pressure is quite weak. On the contrary, the wind pressure of the dryer was strong. The door opened and closed required a little power and a little trick. I felt better when he cleaned it and arranged the towels cutely. There are several convenience stores such as delicious taco restaurants and 7-Eleven that locals also use nearby, which is convenient. I think the cost performance is good overall!"

"The Flamingo All-Inclusive Hotel met most of my expectations, but there were a few service areas that could use improvement. For example, the luggage delivery service to the room. The first time, the staff brought our luggage up, but we were already in the restaurant. So, they left. When we called them again to send it up, we waited a long time, and it never arrived. Eventually, we told them we would just come down to get it. Suddenly, we saw another staff member on their way up with our luggage. So, I think communication between staff is very important. Additionally, regarding food options, the pizza station was frequently closed. Also, the burger stand stated it closed at 6:00 PM. However, when I went down at 5:45 PM, they were already packing up, so I didn't get a burger. Otherwise, all the other services were great. Drank many Mojitos!"

"This hotel offers great value for money, perfect for staying in the city and touring around. It was convenient having a supermarket on the ground floor and a shopping mall just across the street. Especially, the Starbucks right across the street was a big plus. There aren't many downsides, but the shower pressure was quite weak, and the windows don't open."

"This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read."

"I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. "The hotel itself is nice. Everything is clean. The pool is very nice. That's why I chose this hotel. But it's very far from everything: shops, cafes, and other entertainment. There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less."

"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. "This was my second consecutive stay at this hotel, and unfortunately my overall impression remained the same. The location is excellent if you want to stay in the city center, although it is quite far from the beach. The room was spacious, and the king bed was very comfortable. However, the hotel still lacks transparency regarding additional charges. Despite booking through Trip.com and paying for the room, breakfast, VAT, and taxes, I was asked to pay an extra MXN 82.12 per night as an ”environmental tax” without being provided with a clear explanation or an official receipt. This created unnecessary confusion. The breakfast was also disappointing. Although it was advertised as a buffet, there was no buffet available. Guests receive a very limited selection, including coffee, juice, a small fruit plate, eggs, beans, and toast, which did not meet my expectations. The room itself was comfortable, but the issues with communication, billing transparency, and the breakfast experience meant that my second stay did not change my opinion of the hotel."

"Hotel is great for one or two nights if you have to sleep near the airport. Breakfast is decent. Bathroom can be a bit more cleaner. All in all good value for the price and the purpose. Transport can be a bit pain since they do it twice in a hour. Once they pick you up you'll be in the hotel in a 5 minutes."
