"The hotel is very close to the subway station, but the subway exit directly in front of it was a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, even providing information in Chinese. The room was quite small but had all the necessary facilities. The hygiene was outstanding; I barely saw any dust. The hotel breakfast was decent, leaning towards Korean style. The meat dishes were a bit limited, but there was a good variety of staple foods (bread, Jajangmyeon, rice). There were many types of kimchi to choose from. The drinks were a bit plain, with only orange juice, hot soup, and hot coffee available."

Celebrating my birthday in a foreign country was initially quite nerve-wracking, but this hotel left me with wonderful, unforgettable memories. Throughout my stay, the hotel’s overall service was outstanding, but what truly touched me was the staff's professionalism and genuine care. On my birthday, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t reach the local cake delivery driver due to the language barrier and international communication limits. Feeling anxious and helpless, Bella immediately noticed my distress. Throughout the entire situation, she went out of her way to check on me multiple times, which made me feel incredibly warm and cared for. She then proactively used her own phone to call the delivery driver and efficiently coordinated the communication for me. Thanks to her amazing assistance, I received my birthday cake smoothly and had a truly wonderful birthday. Bella’s professionalism, kindness, and continuous initiative completely eased my anxiety abroad and made me feel right at home. This was an exceptional stay, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to South Korea!"

"The extended stay apartment is ridiculously far from Central Seoul! Then again I was trying to be cheap because everything in central Seoul was expensive due to the fact the past weekend was the BTS concert which made prices of accommodation surge! However, the room was spacious for one person, the bathroom was clean, all basic amenities provided. Downstairs had convenience store, 24 hr coffee place so perfect to get a late night feed if you are hungry! But unless u are willing to pay for relatively expensive taxi rides into the city, better to stay closer! Otherwise subway can take up to 1.5-2 hrs one way to get to central tourist locations in Seoul! However, cherry blossoms were blooming in the area so it was a great to see some late blooms too! Check in is tricky at first, make sure taxi drops you off at the street given to you and then you need to walk through a shopping centre, go up 2 escalators, and then turn right to get into the lobby which is on 3rd Floor not Ground Floor."

"This hotel is perfect for a layover near the airport. You can take the 205 bus directly from the airport to the hotel. It's made up of four buildings, and I stayed in building 3. The spa is in building 4. There's a park and the beach right in front, and plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. The front desk staff can speak Chinese. They don't provide toothbrushes, but everything else is very smart and modern."

"Nice service, nice view. And so thankful that late check-in extended to 3am before weekend holiday so that I still catch up with mid-night flight. I booked K.ride to hotel, just take around 15mins. Morning breakfast provided warm soup with some local food. It warmed my body in cold weather. Its a good choice if you dont want to stay in airport overnight under cold weather. Overall satisfaction 🥰"

"The hotel is a 5-minute drive from T2 and a 20-minute drive from T1. It's not walkable, so you'll need to take a car. The hotel shuttle bus is very punctual; just be at the designated spot according to the timetable, which is super convenient. The room facilities look quite new and are clean. There's really nothing around the hotel, but there's a convenience store downstairs where you can buy microwaveable meals, which is a nice touch."

"This place had great service, the service here toooooo good. 👍 I stay here for 2 weeks. But I traveled the city very easy. There are some busses that goes to subway station then from there you can go to Seoul city. I know it would take you about 1hr and 20 minutes. But honestly it worth the trip. Also this place very convenient to look around , eat, drink, shopping. People around this area are so much nicer than Seoul city 🫣. Korea i will miss you 😔 👋."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient—right next to the AREX train station, which makes airport transfers and getting around the city very easy. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, so finding food was never a problem. Another big plus is CU, GS25, and Olive Young are located downstairs, making quick shopping very easy. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service for airport pickup and drop-off, which saves a lot of time and hassle. The staff were consistently nice, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. Overall, this is a very convenient and comfortable hotel that I would happily stay at again, especially for its excellent location and thoughtful services."

"Facilities: Pretty good, has everything you need. Hygiene: Generally clean, but they don't change the trash bags during your stay. If you have a lot of trash, you'll need to find your own bag to dispose of it. Environment: The location is very convenient for transportation in Incheon, especially if you're attending a concert for the Asian Games. There are plenty of shops nearby. However, there's an area with adult entertainment establishments nearby, so solo female travelers should be cautious. Service: Eight out of ten times the front desk staff isn't there. Their working hours seem very short. The service is barely there, but better than nothing I suppose."

"This apartment hotel is really close to the subway station. I just followed my navigation and found it easily. There are actually two hotels in the same building. On the ground floor, there's a small self-service electronic kiosk for check-in, which was simple to use with a Chinese interface. For check-out, you just insert your card, and there are staff at the front desk if you need them! The room was compact but well-equipped with everything you could need, and the fridge was a nice touch. There's a small convenience store downstairs, making life super easy. I'd definitely stay here again!"
