"The room was a bit larger than I expected. Although the bathroom was tiny, it had all the essential facilities. The hotel lobby offers a complimentary happy hour with drinks every afternoon, and they also provide free facial cleanser and makeup remover that you can take as needed. There are many convenience stores right downstairs, which is super convenient."

"The facilities and environment is new and clean. All the staffs and cleaners are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect! Only 3 minutes walk to Kukosai-dori & Donki, highly convenient. Breakfast has got wide variety and can make your own delicious waffles, kids love it! 15-20minutes from the airport (by taxi). It's my second visit to this hotel and will definitely come again.👍 👍"

"I did enjoy the stay there. It is at the Kokusai dori shopping street with 10 minutes walking distance to the Prefectural Office Subway Station. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants so very convenient - even a 711 at downstairs and a restaurant at basement. It allows auto check-in and check-out. The single room is a bit small but still cozy. Considering the price I would say it is really good for the value."

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Asahibashi Station, and there's a direct walkway from the second floor to the monorail station. The hotel also has a pick-up/drop-off point on the ground floor, so taking a taxi is very convenient. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the start of Kokusai-dori, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. A taxi from the airport costs around 2000 yen, which is quite a good deal if you're traveling with a group. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of local Okinawan dishes, such as Ryukyu ramen, sea grapes, and peanut butter pig's ears. You can pretty much try all the local specialties just by having breakfast there. Our family of four booked two rooms. My parents had breakfast at the hotel for all four days, while my sister and I only ate there once, opting for convenience store breakfasts on the other days (as a quick search on Tabelog showed no other breakfast options nearby). It's worth noting that the hotel provides each guest with a 500-yen dining voucher upon check-in, which can be used for breakfast (the full price is over 2600 yen). However, when we tried to get two more vouchers for subsequent breakfasts, they weren't provided. It seems to be a one-time offer per guest per stay, not per night. There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. Just around the corner downstairs is the popular Iseya Ago Pork restaurant, and the Yakiniku Honbu Ranch BBQ restaurant is within walking distance. It's about a 20-minute walk to the First Makishi Public Market, but you pass through Kokusai-dori along the way, so you can walk, browse, and eat, which makes it feel much closer. The hotel service is exceptional. After check-in, a staff member escorted us all the way to our room door by elevator. During daily cleaning, the staff are very careful with guests' belongings; anything not explicitly thrown in the trash is not discarded (even if it clearly looks like rubbish), which I really appreciate. The in-room amenities are already very comprehensive, even including hair ties. More amenities, like facial masks, body lotion, and mouthwash, are available at the front desk downstairs. The only slight inconvenience is that you need to take an elevator to the 14th floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach the guest rooms. Also, our city-view room on the eighth floor only offered views of the rooftops of adjacent buildings, with no actual scenery. If you prefer a better view, I'd recommend choosing a bay-view room."

"This hotel is located in the most bustling part of Kokusai Street, less than a ten-minute walk from Makishi Station. Kokusai Street is right outside the hotel, and there are three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart) all within 100 meters. For a Japanese hotel, the room isn't small at all; it's more than enough space for one person, and probably just right for two. The front desk staff is quite responsible. There's an outdoor pool, which I'd heard was closed in December, but I actually saw people swimming. There's also a hot tub on the second floor, similar to hotels I've seen in Hokkaido. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd consider staying here again next time."

Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!"

"Every time I visit Okinawa, this is my go-to hotel because of its incredible value. The breakfast spread is simply amazing – even four or five-star hotels in Japan don't offer such a lavish selection. Plus, the location is perfect: close to the monorail and a large shopping mall. It's fantastic for dining, accommodation, and getting around."

"Facilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there."

"Pros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good. Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable."

"Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!"
